Глава аппарата правительства Армении получит статус министра

 Парламент Армении на
заседании 13 июня во втором и окончательном чтении внес поправки в закон  "О структуре Правительства РА" и в
закон  "Об общественной
службе".


Как отметил в своем выступлении министр
юстиции Грайр Товмасян, ко второму чтению новых предложений от депутатов не
поступило. Исполнительная власть 
предлагает внести в пакет одно изменение, которым устанавливается
должность министра - руководителя аппарата правительства. Данная мера
направлена на более эффективное взаимодействие руководителя аппарата
правительства с другими министерствами. При этом, нагрузка на государственной
бюджет не станет обременительной. Речь будет идти о нескольких тысячах драмах.
Министр добавил, что в настоящее время продолжаются обсуждения по продолжению
процесса реформ в структуре правительстве.



Напомним, 7 мая в Ереване состоялось заседание
Совета правления и Исполнительного органа правящей Республиканской партии
Армении (РПА), в ходе которого председатель данной политической силы, президент
РА Серж Саргсян представил, а партия утвердила изменения в структуре
правительства. 8 мая президент Армении Серж Саргсян назначил членов нового
правительства. Именно тогда в структуре исполнительного органа появился новый
министерский пост - глава аппарата правительства-министр. На эту должность был
назначен экс-министр финансов Ваче Габриелян.Тогда же на заседании нового
кабмина Армении 8 мая было принято решение присвоить должности руководителя
Аппарата правительства РА статус министра. Как отметил премьер-министр РА
Тигран Саркисян, тем самым у назначенного на этот пост Ваче Габриеляна
обязанностей станет больше, чем у его предшественника Давида Саркисяна. В
частности, как сообщил Т. Саркисян, В. Габриеляну придется отныне
координировать также реформы, реализуемые в сфере образования, здравоохранения
и системы управления. "Это исходит также из идеологии, не раз озвученной
президентом РА, о целесообразности произвести конституционные изменения и
увеличить число вице-премьеров", - пояснил суть перемен глава правительства
Армении.
