Russian President Vladimir Putin is going to visit Armenia in early December, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference in Moscow.
He stressed that one should consider his meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian as one of the key stages in the run-up to the Russian President's visit to Armenia in early December, RIA Novosti reports.
"Today we can say that the process of execution of formalities in the launched negotiations with the Eurasian Economic Commission is in high gear. We will do our best to complete that process in due time", Lavrov said when commenting on the integration processes in the Eurasian area.
To note, the repeatedly announced visit of the Russian President to Armenia has constantly been delayed. According to the media reports, Vladimir Putin is expected to visit Armenia on December 2.
