The roadmap on Armenia's accession to the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space has been approved during the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin told media following the meeting.
ITAR-TASS reports that Putin also touched on the action plan of Kyrgyzstan's accession to the Customs Union. "The draft of a similar document for Kyrgyzstan is almost ready. At the moment, it is being agreed with the Kyrgyz colleagues", stressed Putin.
He reiterated that Russia intends to cooperate with Belarus and Kazakhstan to implement the large-scale Eurasian economic project. He said that the Heads of the Customs Union member states agreed to meet thrice a year in their capital cities.
