Իր
այսօրվա հարցազրույցում ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն, ըստ էության, կրկնել է
նույնը, ինչ որ ասել էր հոկտեմբերի 24-ին քառյակի հանահավաքում իր ելույթի
ժամանակ, պարզապես, իր մտքերն  ավելի
հասկանալի ձեւով է շարադրել: Այդ մասին ԱրմԻնֆո-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում
հայտարարել է Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ, ՀՀԿ մամուլի քարտուղար Էդուարդ
Շարմազանովը: «Ծառուկյանը կրկնել է իր ասածը, եւ նրա այսօրվա հարցազրույցում
ինչ-որ նոր բան փնտրելու հարկ չկա», - նշել է Շարմազանովը: Անդրադառնալով
Ծառուկյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է
համապատասխան հետեւություններ անեն այն բանից, թե որքան բազմամարդ են լինում
քառյակի հանրահավաքները, Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ երկրի ղեկավարությունը լավ է
տիրապետում իրավիճակը, գիտի եւ խնդիրների, եւ դրանք լուծելու եղանակների մասին:
«Պարզապես, ի տարբերություն ոչ իշխանական ուժերի, իշխանությունները չեն կարող
օգտվել այնպիսի մեխանիզմից, ինչպիսին է ամբոխավարությունը:'


Այդ ուժերը մշտապես
քննադատում են այս կամ այն բացասական երեւույթները եւ թերությունները, սակայն
դրանց վերացման ոչ մի մեխանիզմ չեն առաջարկում: Օրինակ, այժմ քննարկվում է երկրի
հիմնական ֆինանսական փատաթուղթը՝ 2015 թվականի բյուջեի նախագիծը, որը ոչ իշխանական
ուժերն, ըստ սովորության, քննադատում են: Իսկ ի՞նչն է նրանց խանգարել մշակել բյուջեի
համանման, միգուցե, ավելի կատարյալ տարբերակ եւ այն ներկայացնել հասարակայնության
եւ քաղաքական ուժերի դատին: Իսկ այն, որ երկրում խնդիրներ կան, մենք դրանց մասին
քառյակից լավ գիտենք, եւ այդ մասին բյուջեի քննարկումների ընթացքում հայտարարել է
վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը», - նշել է հանրապետականը: Անդրադառնաով այն հարցին,
որ այսօր ժողովուրդը քաղաքական ասպարեզում ուզում է նոր դմքեր տեսնել, Շարմազանովը
նշել է, որ, համենայն դեպս, քառյակի հանրահավաքներում ամբիոնում կանգնած
գործիչների մեջ ինքը ոչ մի նոր դեմք չի տեսնում: «Նրանք բոլորը, բացառությամբ մեկ
ուժի, եղել են իշխանության ղեկին եւ ունեցել են ժողովրդի համար արդիական խնդիրները
լուծելու գործում իրենց դրսեւորելու հնարավորություն», - ամփոփել է փոխխոսնակը:


 



Նշենք, որ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր այսօրվա
հարցազրույցում վերստին քննադատել է իշխանություններին երկրում ստեղծված  բարդ ոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակի համար՝
թվարկելով հանրապետության առջեւ ծառացած հրատապ խնդիրները: Նա նաեւ հայտարարել է,
թե ժողովուրդը ցանկանում է նոր դեմքեր տեսնել քաղաքական ասպարեզում, չճշտելով, սակայն,
թե ում նկատի ունի:
