Վիեննայում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպումը կարելի է որակել
կառուցողական: Այդ մասին դեկտեմբերի 3-ին մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:


 Նա հաղորդել է, որ երկու երկրների նախագահներն
արտգործնախարարներին հանձնարարել են առաջին իսկ հնարավորությունն օգտագործել
հանդիպում անցկացնելու և բանակցությունները շարունակելու համար`  Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման
գործընթացն ակտիվացնելու նպատակով:


 Արտգործնախարարն ընդսմին հիշեցրել է, որ դա նախագահների
մակարդակով առաջին հանդիպումն էր 2012 թվականի հունվարից ի վեր: Նրա ասելով, ԵԱՀԿ
Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները բազմիցս փորձել են կազմակերպել հանդիպում,
սակայն`  ապարդյուն, և ոչ հայկական կողմի
մեղքով, հանդիպումները ձախողում էր ադրբեջանական կողմը: Ինչպես նշել է Հայաստանի
արտգործնախարարը, ադրբեջանական կողմը վերջին անգամ ձախողել էր ընթացիկ տարվա
հունիսի հանդիպումը, երբ դրա օրն ու վայրն արդեն որոշված էին: «Հուսով ենք, որ
Վիեննայի հանդիպումը նոր հնարավորություններ կբացի, և առաջին հնարավորությունը
կլինի վաղը: Կիևում ԵԱՀԿ նախարարների հանդիպման շրջանակում նախատեսվում է
Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպում», - ընդգծել է Նալբանդյանը:
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը հավաստիացրել է, որ ամեն ջանք կգործադրվի բանակցային
գործընթացում հնարավոր առաջընթացի համար:


 «Իհարկե, շատ կարևոր է հակամարտությունը կարգավորելու
կողմերի ցանկությունը, սակայն կարևոր է նաև խնդրի կարգավորման նկատմամբ իրատեսական
մոտեցում դրսևորելու կողմերի ցանկությունը», - նշել է դիվանագետը: Նա ընդսմին
ավելացրել է, որ իրատեսական մոտեցման համար հիմք կարող են ծառայել ԵԱՀԿ նախագահող
երկրների արտգործնախարարների հինգ հայտարարություններում հրապարակված
առաջարկությունները: «Հայաստանը պաշտպանում է այդ մոտեցումները, և եթե
ադրբեջանական կողմը նույնպես դրանք պաշտպանի, ապա հնարավորություն կներկայանա հաշտության
բանակցային գործընթացում առաջընթացի համար», - ամփոփել է Հայաստանի
արտգործնախարարը:
