Анри Рено: Мы испытываем боль, когда на линии соприкосновения происходят неприятные инциденты

Франция испытывает боль, когда на линии соприкосновения войск Арцаха и
Азербайджана происходят неприятные инциденты. Об этом 17 июля после церемонии
вручения дипломов выпускникам "Сианс По Армения" заявил журналистам
посол Франции в Армении Анри Рено.


"Мы испытываем боль, когда на линии
соприкосновения происходят неприятные инциденты, поскольку они могут
препятствовать созданию атмосферы даверия, которая необходима для подвижек в
переговорном процессе. И каждый раз мы призываем воздержаться от напряжения на
линии соприкосновения и сохранить режим прекращения огня", - заявил посол.


Рено также заметил, что совсем н6едавно в
ходе официального визита в Баку и государственного в Ереван президент Франсуа
Олланд предложил переговорным сторонам, если они готовы и желают этого,
провести встречу во Франции на высшем уровне. Посол напомнил, что президент
Франции выступил с несколькими предложениями и подходами, которые могут
привести к упрощению процесса урегулирования. "Как Ереван, так и Баку пока
думают о предложении встречи, как только обе стороны будут готовы, Франция
начнет работы по ее подготовке", - заключил посол.



Отметим, что ситуация на линии соприкосновения
арцахо-азербайджанских войск напряженная. В частности, на минувшей неделе на
армяно-карабахском участке границы (Карвачарское направление) противник вновь
предпринял попытки диверсионного проникновения. Благодаря предпринятым
оперативным действиям Армии Обороны НКР, диверсионная группа противника была заблаговременно
выявлена, часть из них была задержана, другие ликвидированы. В ходе операции по
нейтрализации азербайджанской диверсионной группы, проникшей на территорию
Карвачара, армянская сторона понесла потери, во время перестрелки погиб
армянский офицер - майор Саркис Абрамян (1972 г.р.) и ранена женщина - Карина
Давтян (1977 г.р.), также был похищен и убит 17-летний юноша Смбат
Цаканян.  Генпрокуратура Нагорного
Карабаха возбудила уголовное дело в отношении азербайджанских диверсантов Гюлин
Шахбаз Джалалоглу (1968 г.р., ) и Дильхам Гардашхана (1960г.р.,).
