Էդվարդ Նալբանդյան. Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումն առաջնահերթություն է Հայաստանի համար

 Ցեղասպանությունների ճանաչումը, դատապարտումը եւ կանխարգելումը շարունակում են առաջնահերթություն հանդիսանալ Հայաստանի համար։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը` ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 68-րդ նստաշրջանում իր ելույթում:


Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ այս տարվա մարտին Մարդու իրավունքների խորհուրդը միաձայն ընդունել է ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման վերաբերյալ բանաձեւը, որի նախաձեռնողը Հայաստանն էր, իսկ համահեղինակները` ավելի քան 60 երկրներ: ՙՄենք կձեռնարկենք անհրաժեշտ քայլեր՝ ուղղված ցեղասպանության նոր դրսեւորումների կանխմանը, միաժամանակ առաջնային նշանակություն տալով մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների համար պատասխանատվության եւ ժխտողականության հարցերին: Որպես քսաներորդ դարի առաջին ցեղասպանությունը վերապրած ժողովուրդ` Հայաստանը ողջունում է ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ պետությունների կողմից արտահայտված հստակ դիրքորոշումը՝ բացառելու որեւէ անձեռնմխելիության կամ ներման հնարավորություն մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություն կատարողների համար՚, - ընդգծել է նա:
