«Բաց երկինք» քաղաքականության իրականացումը Հայաստանում մոտ 10-50 տոկոսով կիջեցնի ավիատոմսերի գները, գտնում է ՀԱՄՀ ղեկավարը

«Բաց երկինք» քաղաքականության իրականացումը Հայաստանում թույլ
կտա մոտ 10-50 տոկոսով իջեցնել ավիատոմսերի գները, երկրին ապահովելով ՀՆԱ-ի
լրացուցիչ 1.5% աճ կամ տարեկան 0.3-0.4 մլրդ.դրամ: Այս մասին այսօր Երևանում
կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է Հայաստանի Ազգային Մրցունակության
Հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Արմեն Խաչատրյանը:


 


Այս ցուցանշն
ամրագրված է «Հայաստանում ավիափոխադրումների մրցունակ և շարունակական
ծառայությունների տրամադրման ապահովում» ծրագրով, որը մշակվել է Հիմնադրամի կողմից,
«McKinsey & Company» հետազոտական ընկերության հետ համատեղ: Նրա
խոսքերով, նշված ցուցանիշին Հայաստանը կարող է հասնել 3-4 տարուց: «Բաց երկինք»
ծրագրի իրականացումը կբերի երկրի առևտրի շրջանառության աճին և տուրիստական հոսքերի
ավելացմանը,-նշել է Խաչատրյանը: Նա նշել է սպասվում է ուղևորափոխադրումներ
շրջանառության 20-25% աճ: Ընդ որում, ավիացիայի հատվածում ենթադրվում է 18-23
հազար բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատատեղերի ստեղծում:


 


Նոր հայեցակարգի հանատեքստում, ըստ Խաչատրյանի, 2014
թվականի աշնանը կսկսի գործել առնվազն մեկ բյուջետային ավիաընկերություն: Նրա
խոսքերով, այդ ընկերության ավիատոմսերի գները կլինեն ցածր: Ընկերությունը մտադիր է
թռիչքներ իրականացնել Եվրոպայի 10 քաղաքների ուղղություններով, նշել է նա:
Խաչատրյան խուսափել է պատասխանել այն հարցին, թե հանդիսանո՞ւմ է արդյոք ինքն այդ
ընկերության հիմնադիր, կա՞ արդյոք պպետության մասնակցությունն այդ ընկերությունում,
արդեն ստացվե՞լ է արդյոք լիցենզիան: Ընդ որում, ըստ Խաչատրյանի, Հայաստանում
ավիատոմսերի գների մոտ 60% բարձր են, քան հարևան երկրներում, ինչը պայմանավորված է
թռիչքների աշխարհագրական սահմանափակումներով, ինչպես նաև անբավարար մրցակությամբ:
Նա գտնում է, որ «բաց երկնքի» քաղաքականությունը ենթադրում է ավիահատվածի լիովին
ազատականացում, ընդ որում` ոչ միայն արտասահմանցիների, այն նաև տեղական
ավիաընկերությունների համար: «Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ մինչև 2016 թվականը
Հայաստանում կգործեն 40-ից մինչև 50 արտասահմանյան և տեղական
ավիաընկերություններ»,-նշել է Խաչատրյանը:


 


Նշենք, որ ընթացիկ տարվա
հոկտեմբերից Հայաստանի օդային ուղևորափոխադրումների շուկայում իր մասին հայտարարեց
Air Armenia ընկերությունը, որն իր
ուղին սկսել է 2003 թվականին, որպես, բացառապես, բեռնափոխադրող ավիաընկերույթուն,
իսկ միայն Արմավիայի սնանկացումից հետո արագ դուրս եկավ օդային
ուղևորափոխադրումների շուկա: Առաջին չարտերային չվերթն ընկերությունն
իրականացրեց  հոկտեմբերի 23-ին, դեպի Դոնի Ռոստով,
իսկ առաջին կանոնավոր չվերթը` հոկտեմբերի 27-ին, դեպի Մոսկվա: Ընկերույթունն
առայժմ ունի 2 ինքնաթիռ` Boing 737-500 և Airbus 320:


 



Հիշեցնենք,
որ ըստ վիճակագրական տվյալների, 2013 թվականի հունվար-հոկտեմբերին օդային ուղևորափոխադրումների
շուկայի ծավալը Հայաստանում կազմել է մոտ 1.5 մլն. ուղևոր, տարեկան կտրվածքով
գրանցելով 1.8% անկում:
