Գեոթիմն իր գործունեության ընթացքում Ամուլսարի հարակից համայնքներին վճարել է մոտ 720 մլն դրամ (1.6 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) հողի վարձակալության վճարներ

Գեոթիմն  իր
գործունեության ընթացքում Ամուլսարի հարակից համայնքներին վճարել է մոտ 720 մլն
դրամ (1.6 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) հողի վարձակալության վճարներ: Այս մասին ԱրմԻնֆո
գործակալությանը տեղեկացվել է Ընկերության մամուլի ծառայությունից:


 


Կարևորելով հրապարակայնությունը, Լիդիան Ինթերնեյշնլի դուստր
ընկերությունը՝ Գեոթիմը յուրաքանչյուր տարեվերջին տեղեկացնում է շահագրգիռ
կողմերին համայնքներում իրականացված ներդրումների մասին: 2008-2014թթ. Սարավան,
Գորայք և Գնդեվազ համայնքներին հողի վարձակալության համար Գեոթիմը վճարել է
ընդհանուր առմամբ 720 մլն դամ: Հողի վարձակալության վճարները 2014 թվականին
կազմել են` Սարավան – մոտ 205.6 մլն դրամ, Գորայք – մոտ  171.5 մլն դրամ և
Գնդեվազ – մոտ  63.1 մլն դրամ: Ամուլսարի հանքի շինարարությունը դեռևս չի
սկսվել, բայց ընկերությունը համայնքներին պատկանող հողատարածքներ է վարձակալել
որոնողահետախուզական աշխատանքների իրականացման և այլ նպատակով, այդ թվում նաև
տնկարանների կառուցման, ճանապարհների շինարարության համար: 



Վերջին 4-5 տարիների ընթացքում Ամուլսարի հարակից համայնքների բյուջեները
էականորեն աճել են. 2006-2008թթ. 2-3 մլն դրամից հասնելով 60-205 մլն դրամ
2013-2014թթ.: Գումարի զգալի մասը համայնքների կողմից վերստին ներդրվում է
ենթակառուցվածքների վերանորոգման ծրագրերում, ինչպես նաև Գեոթիմի հետ
համագործակցությամբ իրականացվող սոցիալական զարգացման ծրագրերում: 



2014թ. Գեոթիմը ներդրել է ավելի քան 900 մլն դրամ բնապահպանական և սոցիալական
հետազոտությունների, ուսումնասիրությունների՝ ներառյալ Ամուլսարում
որոնողահետախուզական աշխատանքների ռեաբիլիտացիան, սոցիալական զարգացման ծրագրերը և
այլն:  



2014թ. ընկերությունը մոտ 135 մլն դրամ է ներդրել Ամուլսարի հարակից համայնքներում
սոցիալական զարգացման ծրագրերի իրականացման համար, ներառյալ գյուղատնտեսության
զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը: Կառուցվեց 10 ջերմոց Գորայքում, իրականացվեց
անասնաբուծության զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագիր: Գնդեվազում կառուցվեց մրգերի
չորանոց: Սարավանում նորոգվեց դպրոցի սանհանգույցը, ճաշարանը, բուժկետը, կառուցվեց
ատամնաբուժարան՝ Գորայքում և խաղահրապարակ՝ Գնդեվազում: Բոլոր համայնքներում
Գեոթիմը իրականացրել է կրթական և սպորտային ծրագրեր: Կրթաթոշակներ են տրամադրվել
հանքային գործ և երկրաբանություն  սովորող 12 ուսանողների, ստեղվծել են
պարային և երգի խմբակներ երեխաների համար, սպորտային և կրթական ծրագրեր են
իրականացվել դպրոցներում և մանկապարտեզներում: Ջերմուկում վերանորոգվել է դպրոցի
ճաշարան և սանհանգույց, կառուցվել է 2 մանկական խաղահրապարակ:  



«Վերջին տարիներին Գեոթիմի ներդրումը տեղական համայնքների բյուջեներ զգալի է եղել:
Մենք նաև իրականացրել ենք համայնքներում զարգացման և կարողությունների ընդլայնման
տարբեր  ծրագրեր: Վստահ ենք, որ համայնքների հետ ակտիվ համագործակցությունը
ծրագրի հաջողության և բարեկեցիկ համայնքների կայուն զարգացման գրավականն է: Առավել
մեծ առաջընթացը դեռևս առջևում է: Հանքի շինարարության փուլում ակնկալվում է մոտ 1500
աշխատատեղ ամենաակտիվ շրջանում, իսկ հանքի շահագործման ողջ ընթացքում նախատեսում
ենք ապահովել մոտ 700 մշտական աշխատատեղ: Ամուլսարը ոչ միայն 420 միլիոն դոլարին
համարժեք ներդրումային ծրագիր է, այլև հնարավորություն է կառուցել ժամանակակից,
բնապահպանական և սոցիալական տեսանկյունից լավ կառավարվող համաշխարհային կարգի
հանքավայր Հայաստանում, որը զգալի օգուտ կբերի համայնքներին և երկիրին», - ասել է
Գեոթիմ ՓԲԸ գործադիր տնօրեն Հայկ Ալոյանը:


 


Նշենք, որ Lydian International ընկերությունըն ստասցել է Հայաստանի
Հարավում գտնվող Ամուլսարի հանքավայրից ոսկու արդյունահանման հետ կապված բոլոր
անհրաժեշտ թույլտվությունները և նախատեսում է հանքավայրի շահագործումն սկսել 2017
թվականի առաջին կեսից: Շինարարական աշխատանքները հանքավայրում նախատեսվում են 2015
թվականի 2-րդ եռամսյակից, որոնք կընթանան 18 ամիս:


 



Նշենք, որ Lydian
International ընկերությունը հիմնվել է 2005 թվականին, Մեծ Բրիտանիայում և
հանդիսանում է Գեոթիմ ընկերության միակ բաժնետերը, որն 2006 թվականին ստացել է
Ամուլսարում որոնման և գնահատման աշխատանքների իրականացման լիցենզիա: 2006
թվականից երկրաբանա-հետախուզական և այլ աշխատանքներին կատարված ներդրումները
կազմել են 70 մլն.դոլար: Lydian International ընկերության հիմնական բաժնետերերն
են`IFC-ն, EBRD-ն և Newmont Mining
Corporation-ը:
2015-2016 թվականիններին Lydian-ը նախատեսում է Ամուլսարի նախագծում կատարել մոտ 426 մլն.դոլարի
ներդրումներ: Ըստ տեխնիկա-տնտեսական հիմնավորումների, հանքավայրում ոսկու
պահուստները կազմում են 2.5 մլն. ունցիա, արդյունահանվողները` 2.1 մլն.ունցիա:
Հանքավայրի շահագործման ժամկետը կկազմի 10 տարի և 4 ամիս: Տարեկան միջին հաշվով նախատեսվում
է 200 հազար ունցիա ոսկու արդյունահանում (10 մլն.տոննա հանքանյութ): Մեկ ունցիայի
արդյունահանման ծախսերը միջին հաշվով կազմում են 642 դոլար, իսկ ոսկու
արդյունահանման ընդհանուր ցուցանիշը` 84%: Ամուլսարի հանքավայրն իր մեծությամբ
երկրորդն է Հայաստանում:
