ՀԱԿ-ը Տարոն Մարգարյանին մեղադրում է խարդախության և փողերի լվացման համար

ՀԱԿ-ը Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին մեղադրում է խարդախության և փողերի լվացման համար: Այդ մասին մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է ՀԱԿ կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը:

ՙԱյսօր մենք նամակ ենք հղել Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազություն, խնդրելով քրեական գործ հարուցել Մարգարյանի նկատմամբ` խարդախության հոդվածով: Հայաստանի իրավապահ մարմիններին խնդում ենք անցկացնել համապատասխան հետաքննություն և պատասխանատվության ենթարկել Երևանի քաղաքապետին՚, - հայտարարել է ՀԱԿ ներկայացուցիչը:

Նա ընդսմին հաղորդել է, որ իրենք ներկայացրել են որոշակի փաստեր, որոնք հիմնված են 2005, 2007 և 2013 թվականներին Մարգարյանի ներկայացրած եկամուտների մասին հայտարարագրերում: Մասնավորապես, նա նկատել է, որ Մարգարյանի ներկայացրած հայտարարագրերի համաձայն, 2005 թվականին, որպես Ավանի համայնքապետ, նա շուրջ 7 մլն 400 հազար դրամ է աշխատել, իսկ 2007 թվականին, նույն հայտարարագրի համաձայն, նա աշխատել է 64 մլն դրամ, 50 հազար դոլար և ձեռք է բերել 80 մլն դրամի թանկարժեք իրեր, և այդ ամենը` 130 հազար աշխատավարձով: ՙԸնդ որում, հենց ինքն էլ նշել է, որ որպես նվեր կամ ժառանգություն ստացած գույք չունի, չունի նաև եկամտի այլ աղբյուրներ: Ավելին, նշել է Զուրաբյանը, Մարգարյանը 2013 թվականին հայտարարագրել է 60 մլն դոլարի գույք, թեև, իրական կանխատեսումներով, նրա գույքը գերազանցում է ավելի քան 10 մլն դոլարը: Նա աշխատել է 115 մլն դրամ, 50 հազար դոլար և 50 հազար եվրո, մի քանի մեքենա, տասնյակ տներ Երևանում և այլն: Այստեղից, պարզ մաթեմատիկական տվյալների շնորհիվ, և հիմնվելով այն բանի վրա, որ կողմնակի եկամուտ չկա, կարելի է փաստել, որ այդ միջոցներն ստացվել են խարդախ ճանապարհով՚, - ընդգծել է Զուրաբյանը:

Նրա ասելով, կան նաև բազմաթիվ վկայություններ, որ մայրաքաղաքի բարեկարգման համար պետական գնումները ՙգնվել են՚ դրանց շուկայական արժեքից մի քանի անգամ ավելի թանկ, այսինքն, խոսքը վերաբերում է մայրաքաղաքի բյուջեի յուրացմանը: Միևնույն ժամանակ նա նշել է, որ ՀԱԿ-ը պատրաքներ չի տածում Գլխավոր դատախազության առնչությամբ, սակայն դա անում է` ցույց տալու համար, որ ՀՀԿ  անդամների հասցեին հնչող մեղադրանքներն անհիմն չեն: ՙՄենք հետևել ենք ՀՀԿ ներկայացուցիչների խորհրդին և դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին: Հայաստանին հարկավոր են ազնիվ պաշտոնյաներ, այլ ոչ թե գողեր: Այժմ ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել, որ մենք ապացույցներ չունենք: Դրանք ներկայացվել են Գլխավոր դատախազություն, և այժմ այն պետք է կամ ծանրակծիռ հերքում ներկայացնի, կամ համապատասխամ քայլեր ձեռնարկի հանցագործի նկատմամբ՚, - նշել է ՀԱԿ ներկայացուցիչը:

Նա նկատել է, որ, անշուշտ, մինչև Երևանի ավագանու խորհրդի ընտրությունները քիչ ժամանակ է մնացել, և հազիվ թե գլխավոր դատախազությունն այժմ նրանով զբաղվի, սակայն, փոխարենը, Մարգարյանը և ՀՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները բավականաչափ ժամանակ ունեն ժողովրդի առջև հաշիվ տալու համար:

Ավելացնենք, որ Գլխավոր դատախազություն համանման հայցով դիմել է արդեն ՙԲարև, Երևան՚ դաշինքը, որը  նախաձեռնել է ՙԺառանգություն՚ կուսակցության առաջնորդ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը:

Այսօր Ավանում քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանդիպման ժամանակ լրագրողները նրանից մեկնաբանություն են խնդրել տվյալ հայցերի առչությամբ, ինչին ի պատասխան քաղաքապետը ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներին խորհուրդ է տվել այդ հարցերով դիմել իր մամուլի քարտուղար Շուշան Սարդարյանին: Սակայն նրանից մեկնաբանություն ստանալու ԱրմԻնֆոյի թղթակցի բոլոր փորձերն  անհաջող են անցել: Սարդարյանը զանգերին չի պատասխանել: Ավելի վաղ Տարոն Մարգարյանի նախընտրական շտաբի ղեկավար, խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը, մեկնաբանելով ընդդիմության կողմից քաղաքապետին ուղղված այդ մեղադրանքները, ընդդիմադիրներին խորհուրդ էր տվել դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին` եթե նրանք ունեն քաղաքապետի մեղքի համապատասխան ապացույցներ:
