Today HSBC Bank Armenia awarded its four best trade finance customers for 2013
The Best Trade Customer Grand Prix was awarded to the biggest wine producing company "Armenia Wine". The company was founded in 2008. It produces wine, brandy and vodka. The company owns vinelands. It also purchases grape chiefly from Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor regions (to produce Areni wine). The Prix was delivered to Director General of the company Jean Baptiste Soula. The company exports its production to Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, the USA and Canada. The company established relations with HSBC bank in 2013.
"Prix for international trade" was delivered to the company "Derzhava-C" which is one of the biggest importers of Armenia. The company was founded in 1995 and is an exclusive distributor of production of such brands as LACOSTE, MARS, "WRIGLEY" and "COLGATE-PALMOLIVE". The company has started cooperating with HSBC since 2001.
The Best Newcomer Trade Award went to UCOM telecommunication company, founded in 2007 in Armenia. The company offers services of high-speed Internet, IP-television and the fixed telephone communication. UCOM makes contracts on trade finance in many banks of the HSBC group, using the finance instruments of HSBC in many countries. The company also has a wide geography of suppliers which covers such countries as England, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Czech Republic, the USA and Taiwan. The cooperation of UCOM with HSBC started in 2013.
Special prix - "Prix of general executive director of the bank" was delivered to "Arokhch Sunk" company, which raises and processes mushrooms. The company occupies 80% of the mushroom market of Armenia and 90% of the mushroom market of Georgia. It has started cooperating with HSBC bank since the year of foundation 2004.

If your business crosses the borders of Armenia, HSBC will assist you", - director of the Trade and Credit Department of HSBC Bank, Aram Pinajan, said at the awarding ceremony.
HSBC Bank was named the best trade finance bank in the world in 2012 by the London-based Global Trade Review magazine for the fifth time in a row and the best trade finance bank for the 12th time by the Global Finance magazine.
HSBC Bank Armenia is part of “HSBC Bank plc. Seventy percent of it is owned by HSBC Europe BV and 30% is held by Wings Establishment.
