Հայաստանում աշակերտների թիվը վերջին 15 տարիներին 600
հազարից կրճատվել է մինչև 370 հազար: Այս մասին երկրի 2013 թվականի բյուջեի
կատարման խորհրդարանական լսումների ընթացքում հայտարարել է ՀԱԿ խմբակցութւյան
անդամ Արամ Մանուկյանը:


 


Նրա խոսքով,
անգամ 370 հազար ցուցանիշը կարող է լինել ուճացված, քանի որ Հայաստանի
հանրակրթական դպրոցներն այսօր ուռճացնում են աշակերտների թիվը`բյուջետային
ֆինանսավորումն ավելացնելու և ուսուցիչներին պահելու նպատակով: Մանուկյանը
հայտարարել է, որ երկրի յուրաքանչյուր 4-րդ դպրոցն ունի 100-ից քիչ աշակերտ, և այդ
կրճատումը շատ վտանգավոր է, քանի որ հիմնականում խոսքը գնում է սահմանամերձ
բնակավայրերի դպրոցների մասին: Դիմելով ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն
Աշոտյանին, Մանուկյանը հետաքրքրվել է, թե ինչ միջոցառումներ են իրականացվում այդ
մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու համար:


 


Նախարարն էլ իր
հերթին է հայտարարել, որ բնակչության արտահոսքն իրական սպառնալիք է երկրի ազգային
անվտանգությանը, ինչը ոչ երեկ, և ոչ էլ այսօր է հայտնի դարձել, և այդ թեմայով
ամենաբարձր ամբիոններից եղել են բազմաթիվ քաղաքական հայտարարություններ: «Մեր
խնդիրների ու ֆունկցիաների մեջ չեն մտնում ծնունդների ու միգրացիայի պրոբլեմները:
Դրանով զբաղվում են համապատասխան կառույցները: Մեր խնդիրն ուսումնական գործընթացն
ավելի արդյունավետորեն կազմակերպելն է, հաշվի առնելով նշված իրողությունները: Կա
Լիտվայի և Բելառուսի փորձը: Այնտեղ ընդունել են դպրոցները խոշորացնելու մասին
որոշում, մեկ դպրոցը միանգամից սպասարկում է մի քանի բնակավայր: Մենք այդ
ուղղությամբ մտածում ենք»,-ասել է Աշոտյանը:


 



Նախարարը
չի բացառել նաև փոքր դպրոցների ֆինանսավորման ավելացման և ժամանակակից
տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման հնարավորությունը, միաժամանակ նշելով, որ այստեղ կա նաև
վարկաբեկման վտանգ, քանի որ անհնարե է բլորին ցուցաբերել միատեսակ մոտեցում,
յուրաքանչյուր հաստատություն պահանջում է յուրովի մեխանիզմ
