ArmInfo.On October 31, RA NA President Alen Simonyan received the delegation led by Assistant Administrator in the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia (E&E) at USAID Erin Elizabeth McKee.
As the press service of the RA NA reports, issues related to the continuity of Parliament- USAID cooperation were discussed at the meeting. The RA NA President noted that the U.S. plays an important role in the political and economic life of Armenia, and added that Armenia is interested in a deeper involvement of the United States in ensuring the security and economic development of our country.
The interlocutors discussed promising programs and projects to strengthen democratic institutions in Armenia.
