Парламент Армении ратифицировал соглашение с США по TRIPP

АрмИнфо. Национальное Собрание Армении 28 октября ратифицировало рамочное соглашение с США по проекту "Маршрут Трампа во имя международного мира и процветания" (TRIPP).  За ратификацию проголосовали 63 депутата, против - 32, воздержавшихся не было.

TRIPP предполагает создание мультимодального транспортного и энергетического коридора через Сюникскую область Армении, связывающего основную часть Азербайджана с Нахиджеваном, а также соединяющего Cевер и Юг Армении. В этих целях создается совместная компания TRIPP Development Company, которой Армения передает первоначальное право на разработку и управление сроком на 49 лет (с возможным продлением).  Армения намерена предложить США 74% акций компании, сохранив за собой 26% (при продлении доля Армении может увеличиться до 49%).
