Агентство по развитию туризма и культуры НКР призвало ЮНЕСКО не игнорировать факты уничтожения армянского наследия в Арцахе

АрмИнфо.Агентство по развитию культуры и туризма Арцаха призвало ЮНЕСКО предпринять действенные шаги для предотвращения дальнейшего уничтожения армянского наследия в оккупированной Нагорно-Карабахской Республике (НКР).

В Агентстве по развитию культуры и туризма Арцаха выразили глубокое возмущение и обеспокоенность в связи с заявлением заместителя директора Центра всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО Джойти Хосагракар о том, что она не осведомлена о случаях уничтожения армянских церквей в Арцахе со стороны Азербайджана. Данное заявление чиновник ЮНЕСКО сделала в Матенадаране в рамках международной встречи, посвященной природе и культуре, в ответ на просьбу армянского журналиста дать оценку уничтожению арцахского наследия.

В Агентстве по развитию культуры и туризма Арцаха поспешили напомнить, что есть многочисленные документальные факты, свидетельствующие об уничтожении армянского наследия Арцаха. "Сигналы тревоги и документальные материалы об уничтожении, повреждении армянского культурного и религиозного наследия Арцаха, а также искажении его исторической идентичности давно представляются исследователями и общественными организациями. Подобная неосведомленность высокопоставленного представителя ЮНЕСКО, организации, ответственной за защиту всемирного наследия, вызывает серьезные вопросы", - отмечается в заявлении организации на странице в Facebook.

В Агентстве напомнили, что армянские церкви и монастыри Арцаха являются неотъемлемой частью общечеловеческого культурного наследия, в связи с чем их защита не должна зависеть от политических интересов. "Призываем ЮНЕСКО изучить имеющиеся факты и свидетельства, обеспечить независимый международный мониторинг состояния армянских памятников Арцаха и предпринять действенные шаги для предотвращения их дальнейшего уничтожения и искажения исторической идентичности.

Защита культурного наследия требует не молчания или бездействия, а ответственности и конкретных действий. Ожидаем четкой позиции и действенных шагов ЮНЕСКО по сохранению армянского культурного наследия Арцаха", - резюмировали в организации.

Отметим, что после оккупации Арцаха Азербайджан полностью разрушил или значительно повредил следующие культурно - религиозные объекты. Полностью разрушена Церковь Канач Жам (Сурб Ованес Мкртич) в Шуши в апреле 2024 года, кладбище Газанчецоц в Шуши полностью уничтожено, село Каринтак - полностью снесена бульдозерами, демонтированы памятники и бюсты в Степанакерте, включая монументы Шарлю Азнавуру, Ованесу Айвазовскому, Ованесу Туманяну и маршалу Баграмяну. Разрушен Музей маршала Худякова в селе Мец Тагер.

На сегодняшний день под контролем Азербайджана остаются около 4000 армянских культурных объектов, включая более 370 церквей и 119 древних крепостей.
