СБ РФ: в Армении хотят вынудить российских собственников избавиться от активов

АрмИнфо. Власти Армении стараются обесценить российские активы, чтобы вынудить собственников избавиться от них. Как передает ТАСС, об этом журналистам заявил заместитель секретаря Совета безопасности (СБ) РФ Алексей Шевцов. "Фиксируем признаки того, что следующими целями ("рейдерских захватов" - прим. ТАСС) могут стать российские промышленные и инфраструктурные предприятия в Армении", - констатировал он.

По словам Шевцова, "раскручиваются тезисы об их недофинансировании, негативном влиянии на инвестиционный климат, экологическом ущербе от их деятельности, низкой заработной плате сотрудников". "Это делается для того, чтобы обесценить российские активы и вынудить собственников избавиться от них", - указал замсекретаря СБ РФ.

Шевцов предупредил, что "подобная тактика станет настоящим "выстрелом в ногу" для армянской экономики, учитывая, что российский бизнес создал десятки тысяч рабочих мест для республики и эффективно управляет своими активами на законных основаниях, внося значительный вклад в ВВП Армении".

Ранее секретарь СБ РФ Сергей Шойгу констатировал, что в отношении российского бизнеса, работающего в Армении, проявляется недружественная линия и откровенные "двойные стандарты", а то, что происходит с предприятиями и целыми отраслями, в которые Россия вложила миллиардные инвестиции, можно назвать рейдерским захватом.

"Констатируем, что давление со стороны официального Еревана идет не только на российский бизнес, но и на предпринимателей Армении, не согласных с политикой [премьер-министра Никола] Пашиняна и находящихся в оппозиции", - отметил Шевцов. Для примера он напомнил, что в июле у лидера партии "Процветающая Армения" Гагика Царукяна "были изъяты крупные активы - "Ереванский коньячный винно-водочный комбинат Ереван Ной" и завод "Араратцемент", что привело к простою производства, убыткам и социальным волнениям среди сотрудников предприятий".

"Как мы видим, экономические "кнут и рейдерство" становятся вполне рабочим инструментом армянских властей, проводящих выгодную им политику по ухудшению условий для российских компаний и занятых на них собственных граждан, а также "зачистки" политического поля от своих главных конкурентов", - подчеркнул замсекретаря российского Совбеза.
