Speaker of the Armenian parliament, Galust Sahakyan, told journalists today that he agrees to the idea that there are numerous unsettled conceptual problems in the republic, in particular, corruption, bribery and an atmosphere of auspices.
At the same time, he said that he does not understand what the people want. "The people only say that everything is bad but it is not clear what they specifically want. Yes, we also understand that there are many problems. Moreover, we ourselves voice them. But the point is that the wishes and dreams of the people differ from our capabilities, - the speaker of the Armenian parliament said.
