The Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) is not going to impeach Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, PAP member Lyova Khachatryan told journalists on Tuesday.
According to him, the party is not going to take any steps against the incumbent authorities. The PAP thinks it is necessary to give some time to the new Government for adaptation. Khachatryan said that the new prime minister will not deal with the country's economy and that he will only do what the authorities tell him to do. Khachatryan blamed the previous Government for using the funds improperly and choosing wrong priorities.
He believes that one should not necessarily have higher education to understand that it would have been more correct to spend the funds on construction of a reservoir to supply several villages with water rather than on acquisition of compost toilets.
