ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ընդլայնում է ՙՀեռախոս-բանկ՚ ծառայության շրջանակը

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը, հաշվի առնելով հաճախորդների շրջանում մեծ պահանջարկը, ներդրել է ՙՀեռախոս բանկ՚ ծառայություն իրավաբանական անձանց ու անհատ ձեռներեցների համար: Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո-ին հայտնել են բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունում, ֆիզիկական անձանց ծառայությունը մատուցվում է մի քանի տարի:

ՙՀեռախոս-բանկ՚ ծառայությունը բանկային հաշիվների հեռակառավարման ժամանակակից համակարգ է, որի միջոցով հաճախորդը կարող է բանկի աշխատանքային ժամերին ցանկացած վայրից զանգահարել Բանկի տեղեկատվական ծառայություն 87-87 հեռախոսահամարով և, անցնելով համապատասխան նույնականացում, ստանալ ցանկացած տեղեկատվություն իր հաշիվների և գործող պայմանների վերաբերյալ, իրականացնել անկանխիկ գործարքներ:

ՙՀեռախոս-բանկ՚ ծառայությունն ակտիվացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել դիմում-հայտ և ստանալ համակարգից օգտվելու համար անհրաժեշտ գաղտնաբառ:Իրավաբանական անձինք և անհատ ձեռներեցները ՙՀեռախոս-բանկ՚ համակարգով կարող են ստանալ տեղեկատվություն իրենց բոլոր  հաշիվների  մնացորդների  մասին: Ֆիզիկական անձանց հասանելի է հաշվի մնացորդի հարցում,  իրականացրած գործարքների վերաբերյալ հարցում, հաճախորդի հաշվին փոխանցումների  իրականացում (ներբանկային, միջբանկային ՀՀ տարածքում Unistream, Moneygram, Tandam Transfers, Anelik, Inter Express, Intel Express, Sigue Money Transfers, Ria Money Transfer դրամական փոխանցման համակարգերով, ինչպես նաև SWIFT համակարգով միջազգային փոխանցումներ), հաշիվների միջև  անկանխիկ  արժութափոխարկային գործառնությունների իրականացում, կոմունալ  վճարումների  կատարում, վարկերի  անկանխիկ  մարում, ավանդային հաշիվների համալրում կոնտակտային  տվյալների խմբագրում օպերատորի կողմից:

ՙՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ՚ ՓԲԸ ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է դարձել 2004թ. ապրիլին: ՙՎՏԲ Բանկ՚ ԲԲԸ հանդիսանում է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկե ՓԲԸ 100% բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի միանձնյա բաժնետերը: Բանկը հիմնական ցուցանիշների մի ամբողջ շարքով մշտապես ներառվում է ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի առաջատարների թվի մեջ: Ներկա դրությամբ բանկն ունի ամենալայն մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ողջ երկրում` 67 մասնաճյուղ:
