ArmInfo. The statement issued by the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan, alleging that units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire on Azerbaijani combat positions in  the eastern and southeastern sectors of the border on the evening of March 29 and the morning of March 30, does not correspond to reality.     It should be recalled the Office of the Prime Minister of the  Republic of Armenia has proposed the establishment of a joint  Armenia-Azerbaijan mechanism for investigating ceasefire violations  and related reports. ArmInfo. The head of the Union of Armenians of Russia, Ara Abrahamyan, was detained at the Yerevan Zvartnots airport, and is currently  banned from entering the country. This information was reported by former Artsakh Ombudsman and human rights activist Ruben Melikyan.

ArmInfo. The election headquarters of the Democratic Alternative party has condemned the statement made Sarik Minasyan, the Gyumri mayoral candidate  from the ruling Civil Contract party, during a televised debate. Minasyan stated on Public Television that "Artsakh was such a bad place that Gyumri residents gave bribes so that their children would not be drafted there for a military service."

ArmInfo. The text of the peace treaty has already been agreed upon, marking a significant diplomatic achievement for Armenia. Chairman of the Commission on European  Integration Arman Yeghoyan made this statement in a conversation with  journalists at the Armenian parliament building on March 28, while  addressing Azerbaijan's new preconditions for Armenia to sign the  peace treaty.

The rally  is convened in response to Armenian authorities' intention to halt  social assistance to the people of Artsakh.
