What explains 90% increase in especially serious crimes, Pashinyan  clarifies

ArmInfo. The increase in serious and especially serious crimes in Armenia in 2023 is due to changes in  the Criminal Law. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a similar assessment on April 12 at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
