ArmInfo. Armenia continues its  constructive engagement in negotiations aiming to fully normalize  relations with Azerbaijan, as stated by RA Foreign Minister Ararat  Mirzoyan at the 31st meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.  As  reported by the press service of the RA MFA, Mirzoyan noted that this  year, bilateral negotiations between Yerevan and Baku led to the  signing of the Regulation for border delimitation between Armenia and  Azerbaijan, which recognized the 1991 Alma-Ata Declaration as a basis  for delimitation.

ArmInfo. Russian Foreign  Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated that Armenia's desire to withdraw  from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is a  sovereign one and the organization is not  closing its doors to  Yerevan.  "No document on Armenia's withdrawal from the CSTO has been  received. We hear all these talks. The Prime Minister of Armenia has  addressed and extensively discussed this topic in parliament. We are  not imposing anything on anyone. But we are convinced that it is in  Armenia's security interests  to use CSTO membership to the fullest  extent. If a decision is made, which he speaks of as a foregone  conclusion, it will be the sovereign right of the current Armenian  leadership," he said after the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, as  quoted by RIA Novosti.  "Russia and other CSTO members have not  taken, and do not intend to take, any actions that would be perceived  as closing the door to Yerevan," the minister said.

ArmInfo. The Mesrop Mashtots  Research Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, known as "Matenadaran,"  hosted a presentation for a project aimed at restoring and promoting  the written heritage of Nagorno-Karabakh. The heritage is stored in  Matenadaran with the assistance of the US Ambassador's Fund for the  Preservation of Cultural Property. As reported by the press service  of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, the  program is currently being implemented thanks to a US grant of  $74,000. It focuses on the preservation and restoration of  manuscripts and unique archival documents written and illustrated in  the 13th-18th centuries in Gandzasar, Dadivank, Gndevank, Khadavank,  Gtchavank and other Armenian medieval monasteries. These documents  shed light on the rich Armenian cultural heritage and help fill  historical gaps. The program is set to be implemented over a period  of 3 years.
