ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ Երևանում կառուցվել է բազմաֆունկցիոնալ բնակելի համալիր

Երևանում
այսօր տեղի է ունեցել ժամանակակից բազմաֆունկցիոնալ բնակելի
համալիրի պաշտոնական բացումը ք. Երևան, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջան,
Ծիծեռնակաբերդի նրբանցք ½ հասցեով, որը ֆինանսավորել է  ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը: 39050 ք/մ մակերեսով
23-հարկանի բնակելի համալիրը գտնվում է Ծիծեռնակաբերդի խճուղում և ներառում է ոչ
միայն բնակարաններ, այլ նաև գրասենյակային 
տարածքներ, ավտոկայանատեղի:


 


Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո
գործակալությանը տեղեկացվել է Բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունից, կառուցապատումն
իրականացրել է «Լոգիկոն» ընկերությունների խմբին պատկանող «Դի Էնդ Էյջ Գրուպ»
ընկերությունը: Համալիրի բացմանը ներկա էին Երևանի քաղաքապետը, բարձրաստիճան
պաշտոնյաներ, «Դի Էնդ Էյջ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ, «Լոգիկոն Դիվելոպմենտ» ՍՊԸ, ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան
Բանկի ղեկավարությունը:


 


«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի
կողմից ֆինանսավորվող նոր բնակելի համալիրի կառուցումը թույլ է տվել ստեղծել նոր
աշխատատեղեր կառուցման և շահագործման ընթացքում: Մենք մեծ կարևորություն ենք տալիս
բնակարանային կառուցապատման ոլորտին ֆինանսական օգնություն ցուցաբերելուն, քանի որ
դա ոչ միայն նպաստում է ոլորտի ընդհանուր զարգացմանը, այլ նաև օգնում է
քաղաքացիներին ձեռք բերել հասանելի ու հարմարավետ բնակարան»,-նշել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան
Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ Յու. Գուսևը:


 


«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի
ֆինանսավորման շնորհիվ մենք կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ավարտին հասցրինք
Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանում գտնվող բնակելի համալիրի կառուցումը: Այն
կառուցվել է միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան, տեղակայված է Երևանի աշխույժ
թաղամասերից մեկում և ունի 292 բնակարան: Դրանց պոտենցիալ գնորդները կարող են
լինել ոչ միայն Երևանի բնակիչներ, այլ նաև սփյուռքի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում
աշխատող արտասահմանյան քաղաքացիներ»,-ասել է «Դի Էնդ Էյջ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Վահե
Պետրոսյանը:

հիմնվել է 2006թ.: 2013թ. ընկերությունը ձեռք է բերվել «Լոգիկոն» ընկերությունների
խմբի կողմից:


 



Նշենք,
որ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է դարձել
2004թ. ապրիլին: «ՎՏԲ Բանկ» ԲԲԸ հանդիսանում է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ 100%
բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի միանձնյա բաժնետերը: Բանկը հիմնական ցուցանիշների մի ամբողջ
շարքով մշտապես ներառվում է ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի առաջատարների թվի մեջ: Ներկա
դրությամբ բանկն ունի ամենալայն մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ողջ երկրում` 67 մասնաճյուղ:
