ԵՄ մնում է Հայաստանի գլխավոր գործընկերը
ժողովրդավարական արժեքների տարածման, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի, օրենքի
գերակայության հաստատման և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերում:
Դեկտեմբերի 13-ին կայացած`«ԵՄ անդամ-երկրների խորհրդարաններում ԵՄ հարցերի
հանձնաժողովների դերը» խորագրով սեմինարի ընթացքում նման կարծիք է արտահայտել ՀՀ
խորհրդարանի եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Նաիրա
Զոհրաբյանը:


 


«Ավտանգության
հարցերը Հայաստանի համար հիմնականն են ու ելնելով դրանից որոշում ընդունվեց միանալ
Մաքսային միությանը, բայց կան բազմաթիվ այլ պրոբլեմներ, մասնավորապես, կոռուպցիան,
մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, արդարադատութոյւնը և այլ հարցեր, որոնց
լուծումը հնարավոր է միայն ԵՄ հետ ակտիվ համագործակցության միջոցով»,-նշել է նա:
Միաժամանակ Զոհրաբյանն ընդգծել է, որ ներկայիս փուլում խորհրդարանական
հանձնաժողովը պետք է նոր ջանքերով սկսի համագործակցությունը ԵՄ հետ:


 


Զոհրաբյանը նաև
հույս է հայտնել, որ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարություններն այն
մասին, որ եվրաինտեգրումը դեռևս հանդիսանում է Հայաստանի առաջնահերթությունը,
համապատախսնում է իրականությանը: «Հուսով եմ, որ այս հայտարարությունները չեն
հանդիսանում հերթական և արտացոլում են իշխանությունների դիրքորոշումը»,-եզրափակել
է նա:


 


Նշենք, որ ՀՀ
նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 3-ին Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հետ բանակցություններում
հայտարարել է Մաքսային միությանը միանալու և հետո Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության
ձևավորմանը մասնակցելու Երևանի մտադրության մասին: Մինչ այդ, սկսած 2010 թվականից,
Երևանն ակտիորեն բանակցում էր Ասոցացման պայմանագրի և Խորը, համապարփակ առևտրի
ազատ գոտու ստեղծման համաձայնագրի ուղղությամբ, որի ստորագրումը նախատեսվում էր
2013 թվականին, Արևելյան գործընկերությանվիլնյուսյան գագաթնաժողովում: Մաքսային
միությունն ստեղծվել է ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինի նախաձեռնությամբ Եվրասիական տնտեսական
համագործակցության շրջանակում` որպես Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի և Ռուսաստանի
առևտրատնտեսական ինտեգրման ձև, որը նախատեսում է միասնական մաքսային տարածություն:
Ընդ որում մաքսային միության մասնակից երկրները կիրառում են միասնական մաքսային
սակագին և երրորդ երկրների հետ առևտրի կարգավորման այլ միասնական միջոցներ:
