This
autumn Prosperous Armenia and ARFD will again change their political
orientation and will move from opposition into new coalition with the currently
ruling Republican Party (RPA), sources from Prosperous Armenia and RPA told
ArmInfo on Tuesday.
They said that the parties are negotiating and have
almost come to terms. The motive for Prosperous Armenia's turnabout was the
last reshuffles in the Cabinet. The party insisted on dismissing Prime Minister
Tigran Sargysyan and when the RPA did that, it pushed a few own ministers into
the new Cabinet. One of them is Sport and Youth Minister Gabriel Ghazaryan.
ARFD's motive was the RPA's draft constitutional
reform envisaging as an alternative transition to parliamentary regime. The Dashnaks have already expressed their
support for the reform and are ready to cooperate with the Republicans on it.
