Perhaps, the financial resources of the Azeri troops are bigger than those of the Armenian army, but, as you may know, fighting capacity depends not so much on arms or money as on human resources, Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told journalists on Monday.
He said that the key reason why the situation on the Nagorno-Karabakh-Azeri contact line remains tensed is that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict remains unsettled.
"The enemy keeps organizing sabotage attacks but each time is rebuffed and sustains losses," Ohanyan said.
On Monday the Azeris broke the cease-fire regime twice: as a result, they wounded serviceman Ashot Grigoryan and killed lieutenant colonel Garik Balayan.
