Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը և EFSE տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Մոնիկա Բեքը, Երևանում ընթացող EFSE տարեկան համաժողովի
շրջանակներում:


 


Ինչպես լրագրողների հետ
զրույցում նշել է Հ.Անդրեասյանը, նոր վարկը բանկին հնարավորություն կտա ընդլայնել միկրո- և փոքր ձեռնարկությունների, այդ թվում նաև
գյուղատնտեսական արտադրողների ու ֆերմերների ֆիանսավորման հնարավորությունները: «EFSE հետ մենք համագործակցությունն
սկսել ենք 2013 թվականից, ներգրավելով արդեն երրորդ վարկը, ինչը վկայում է այն
մասին, որ Հիմնադրամն արդեն հանդիսանում է մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերը»,-նշել է
Անդրեասյանը: Նա նշել է, որ ադ ֆինանսավորումը կօգտագործվի 14% տարեկան
տոկոսադրույքով ենթավարկեր տրամադրելու նպատակով:

ներկայությունը գյուղական շրջաններում, ACBA-Credit Agricole Բանկը հանդիսանում է հանրապետության տարածքում Հիմնադրամի
առաքելությունն իրականացնելու լավագույն գործընկերը»,-նշել է Մ.Բեքը:


 


2013 թվականին EFSE ACBA-Credit
Agricole Բանկին տրամադրել է 2 վարկ,
31 մլն.դոլար ընդհանուր գումարով:


 


2014 թվականի ապրիլի 1 – ի
դրությամբ ACBA-Credit Agricole Բանկի ընդհանուր կապիտալը կազմել է 53 մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան կտրվածքով աճը`
4.5%: Ըստ ցուցանիշով բանկը գտնվում է առաջատար դիրքերում: Իր ակտիվներով բանկի
գտնվում է առաջատարների հնգյակում, ապահովելով տարեկան 4.6% աճ, մինչև 264,6 մլրդ
դրամ: Բանկի ավանդները կազմել են 109.6 մլրդ դրամ, ապահովելով ինչպես ժամկետային
ավանդների, յնպես էլ ցպահանջ ավանդների աճ, ընդ որում, վերջինները գերազանցում են
աճի տեմպերով, իսկ վերջինները` ծավալներով: Բանկի հաճախորդների բազան հիմնադրման
պահից աճել է 25 անգամ և արդեն հասնում է 276 հազար հաճախորդի, իսկ բանկի
աշխատակիցների թիվն աճել է 12 անգամ, մինչև 1050: Բանկի զուտ շահույթը 2013
թվականին կազմել է 5.1 մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան աճը`24,4% (5-րդ տեղ):

Հայաստանում 1995 թվականից: 2006 թվականի սեպտեմբերից բանկի մեծամասնական
բաժնետերը դարձավ Credit Agricole S.A. եվրոպական խոշորագույն բանկային խումբը,
որի մասնաբաժինը բանկի կապիտալում կազմեց 15,56%: Բանկի բաժնետերերն են նաև SJSC
«SACAM International»-ը (Credit Agricole S.A. անդամ) - 12,44%, ինչպես նաև 10
տարածքային գյուղփոխօգնության միություններ: Իր հիմնական հաշվեկշռային
ցուցանիշներով ACBA-Credit Agricole Բանկը գտնվում է Հայստանի բանկային համակարգի առաջատարների եռյակում:


 



Հարավարևելյան
Եվրոպայի եվրոպական հիմնադրամի (EFSE) ստեղծումը նախաձեռնել է Գերմանական
Զարգացման Բանկը (KfW), Տնտեսական համագործակցության և զարգացման դաշնային
նախարարության (BMZ) և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ:
Հիմնադրամի գործունեությունն ուղղված է Ալբանիայի, Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի,
Բելառուսի, Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինայի, Բուլղարիայի, Խորվաթիայի, Մակեդոնիայի,
Կոսովոյի, Վրաստանի, Մոլդովայի, Մոնտենեգրոյի, Ռումինիայի, Սերբիայի, Ուկրաինայի և
Թուրքիայի տնտեսական զարգացման աջակցմանը և բարգավաճմանը: Քանի որ միկրո-և փոքր
բիզնեսում հաջողության և զարգացման մեջ առանցքային դերակատարում ունի ֆինանսների
նկատմամբ մատչելիության գործոնը, ապա EFSE կենտրոնանում է տեղական ֆինանսական
հաստատություններին աջակցելու վրա`նրանց համարժեք և կայուն ֆինանսավորման
ունակություններն ամրապնդելու համար: Ներդրումային գործունեության աջակցությունն
իրականացվում է EFSE զարգացման Հիմնադրամի միջոցով, որը գործընկեր վարկային
հաստատություններին աջակցում է
տեխնիկական օգնությամբ, խորհրդատվություններով և թրեյնինգներով:
