Ուկրաինացի փորձագետ. Հետևելով Ռուսաստանի «ղրիմյան տրամաբանությանը»` ոչ մի հիմք չկա մերժելու Չեչնիայի, Բաշկորտոստանի, Կոմիի և Թաթաթարստանի «ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման» իրավունքը

Հետևելով Ռուսաստանի «ղրիմյան տրամաբանությանը»,
որը շահարկում է «ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունք» հասկացությունը, ոչ մի հիմք
չկա մերժելու Չեչնիայի, Բաշկորտոստանի, Կոմիի կամ Թաթաթարստանի ժողովուրդների այդ
իրավունքը: Այդպիսի կարծիք է հայտնել «Արևելյան գործընկերության» ազգային
պլատֆորմի աշխատանքային խմբի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Կուպրիյը` առցանց հարցազրույցում
պատասխանելով ԱրմԻնֆոյի այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Ղրիմի անջատումն Ուկրաինայից
«դոմինոյի սկզբունքով» ռումբեր չի դնի ՌԴ տակ:


 


«Բայց չէ որ «Ղրիմի
ժողովուրդ» տերմինն իրականում բացարձակապես օրինաչափ չէ: Կա միայն Ղրիմի
բնակչություն, որն էթնիկ կազմով բավականին տարատեսակ է: Փոքր-ինչ տեղին չէ խոսել
նաև Ղրիմի անջատման մասին: Սետղծված իրավիճակում, որը ցավալիորեն հիշեցնում է
Սուդետին առնչվող պատմությունը, հարկավոր է խոսել Ղրիմի բռնակցման մասին: Այո,
հնարավոր է, մենք  առաջին անգամ ենք
տեսնում նման բռնակցման հնարամիտ եղանակ, թեև այն տեղի է ունենում նացիստական
Գերմանիայի ժամանակների հայտնի գործիքակազմի կիրառմամբ», - համոզված է փորձագետը:


 


Ընդ որում Կուպրիյը բնավ
համոզված չէ, որ Ուկրաինայի ԵՄ ընդունման խթան 
կդառնան հենց Կրեմլի ագրեսիվ ձգտումները: Բայց այն, որ Ուկրաինան ինչև 2020
թվականը կունենա պաշտոնական թեկնածուի կարգավիճակ, փորձագետը միանգամայն հնարավոր
է համարում` բարենպաստ ներքաղաքական պայմանների առկայության դեպքում: Նրա
գնահատմամբ, Ուկրաինայի ամբողջականությունն այսօր իրոք վտանգված է: Եվ եթե
հասարակությունն ու իշխանություններն առաջիկայում կարողանան հաղթահարել այդ
մարտահրավերը, կհայտնվեն նոր հնարավորություններ Ուկաինայի եվրաինտեգրման
ձգտումների համար: «Կասկած չկա, որ  այժմ
հասարակության շրջանում կավելանա ԵՄ հետ ինտեգրման կողմնակիցների թիվը: Սակայն
պետք չէ մոոռանալ, որ նման ձգտումները մասամբ առնչվում են կյանքի ավելի լավ որակի
ցանկությանը», - ամփոփել է նա:

փորձագետների համատեղ առցանց մամուլի ասուլիսները կազմակերպվում են «Միմյանց

հաստատում առաջին ձեռքից ստացվող տեղեկատվության միջոցով» նախագծի

ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտի (Ադրբեջան) նախագծին աջակցում
