The families of Azeri saboteurs have applied to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
APA reports that the members of the family of killed Hasan Hasanov have applied to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People.
Hasanov's brother Nail Hasanov told APA that his brother Hasan Hasanov was born in 1978 in Mehdili village of Jabrail. "We did not know that he went to Kalbajar. He told us he was going to Turkey. Then we heard from the press that the person killed there is my brother Hasan Hasanov. My brother went to Kalbajar for the first time after the war. Hasan was a taxi driver and ran a store in Binagadi district. We didn't know that he left for Kalbajar and that had relations with Dilgam and Shahbaz", he said.
For his part, Dilgam Askerov's son says that he learnt the information about his father from the Internet. "My father went to Russia very often. We supposed he was there".
To note, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has brought criminal charges against the Azeri raiders detained near Karvachar last week. The press service of the Office reports that two Azeris were detained while attempting to cross the border last week: Gulin Shahbaz Jalaloglu, who had a silenced Kalashnikov assault rifle, a Makarov pistol and two frag grenades, and Dilham Gardashhan, a Kalashnikov assault rifle and a Makarov pistol. The third Azeri showed resistance and was killed. Both Jalaloglu and Gardashhan have been arrested and are facing the charge of illegal crossing of state border. A special investigation group is inquiring into the case.
