ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԸ 10 մլն դոլարի վարկային պայմանագիր է ստորագրել The OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) -ի հետ

 ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԸ  փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին վարկավորելու
նպատակով  10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար  է ներգրավել The OPEC Fund for International
Development (OFID) ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունից: Վարկային պայմանագրի
շրջանակներում բանկը կտրամադրի մինչեւ 500 000 ԱՄՆ  դոլար 
սահմանաչափով վարկեր արտադրության, սպասարկման, առևտրի և  գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտներում գործունեություն
ծավալող ՓՄՁ-ներին:  Շրջանառու
միջոցների համալրման, կապիտալ ներդրումների, հիմնական միջոցների ձեռքբերման
նպատակով վարկերը կտրամադրվեն մինչև 
չորս  տարի  մարման ժամկետով` 10-11 տոկոս դրույքաչափով:

տեղեկացվել է ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԻ մամուլի ծառայությունից:


 


Պայմանագիրը ստորագրել են Նավթարդյունահանող երկրների
կազմակերպության (OPEC) Միջազգային զարգացման հիմնադրամի (OFID) գլխավոր տնօրեն
Սուլեյման Ջազիր Ալ Հերբիշը և ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿ ԲԲԸ վարչության նախագահ  Աշոտ Օսիպյանը:


 


Նշենք, որ  The OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID)
ֆինանսական կազմակերպության հետ սա բանկի առաջին համագործակցության ծրագիրն
է:  Համագործակցության մեկնարկը Սուլեյման
Ջազիր Ալ Հերբիշը բացատրել է այն փաստով, որ ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԸ  Հայաստանում 
ՓՄՁ վարկավորման ոլորտի խոշոր խաղացողներից  է և  մասնաճյուղային լայն ցանցի առկայության
շնորհիվ  կապահովի ֆինանսական հոսքերի
հասանելություն  մարզերում   գործող ՓՄՁ-ների համար:

որ  ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԻ հետ The OPEC Fund for
International Development-ի համագործակցությունը կողմերի համար կլինի ոչ միայն
արդյունավետ, այլև շարունակական:      


 


Նշենք OFID-ը զարգացման
ֆինանսական գործակալություն է, որը հիմնադրվել է 1976թ. OPEC-ի (Նավթարդյունահանող
երկրների կազմակերպություն) անդամ երկրների
կողմից և  ֆինանսական աջակցություն է
տրամադրում OPEC-ի անդամ չհանդիսացող երկրներին: OFID-ն Մասնավոր
սեկտորի և առևտրի ֆինանսավորման ծրագրերի շրջանակում  ընդհանուր առմամբ 42 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով
ֆինանսավորում է տրամադրել 
հայաստանյան  չորս  բանկերի և հասարակական սեկտորում ներգրավված
չորս ծրագրերի` երկրի տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում ՓՄՁ վարկավորման նպատակով:


 



Ըստ
ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության` Հայաստանի Բանկերի Ֆինանսական Վարկանիշի, ՓՄՁ վարկավորման
ծավալներով ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԸ գտնվում է Հայաստանի լավագույն բանկերի տասնյակում: 2014
թվականի ապրիլի 1 – ի դրությամբ բանկի վարկային պորտֆելը կազմել է 157.5
մլն.դոլար, ընդ որում, ՓՄՁ մասնաբաժինը կազմել է 47%: Բանկի ակտիվները նույն օրվա
դրությամբ կազմել են 318.9 մլն.դոլար (տարեկան աճը`14.1%): Բանկի ընդհանուր
կապիտալի մարտի վերջին կազմել է $ 49.8 մլն (տարեկան աճը`18.1%): Բանկի զուտ
շահույթը 2014-ի առաջին եռամսյակում կազմել է 2,7 մլն.դոլար: ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԻ  մեծամասնական բաժնետերերն են`«Ֆլեշ»
ընկերությունը (նախագահ Բարսեղ Բեգլարյան)` 64,24%, EBRD-ն` 25% +1 բաժնետոմս,
