It is hard to make any forecasts concerning the Dec 12 visit of Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu to Armenia. The Armenian authorities are very weak and no longer trusted by the world community, so, Armenia's foreign political agenda is determined outside the country, the secretary of the parliamentary group of the National Congress of Armenia Aram Manukyan told ArmInfo on Wednesday.
"Progress in Armenian-Turkish relations does not depend on our authorities, so, there will hardly be one as a result of Davutoglu's visit," Manukyan said.
He advises the political forces protesting against Davutoglu's visit to protest against the policy of their own authorities. "It is natural that during his visit Davutoglu, just like Putin, will push the interests of his country. So, our political forces should better protest against our authorities who neglect the interests of their own people both inside and outside their country," Manukyan said.
