Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan appointed Tigran Sargsyan as Prime Minister on Friday in accordance with point 4, article 55 of the Constitution, reports the press service of the Armenian President.
The Armenian Government resigned on Apr 9, following Serzh Sargsyan's swearing in as President. According to the Constitution, the new Cabinet should be formed within 20 days after the Prime Minister's appointment.
