ՀՀ նախագահն Ուկրաինայի ժողովրդին. ՙՄենք դարեր շարունակ ուս ուսի կռվել ենք միասին զավթիչների դեմ, մենք հազարավոր փառավոր էջեր ունենք պատմության, այդպես եղել է, և այդպես էլ շարունակվելու է՚

 ՙԱյնպես է պատահում, որ ժամանակի և իրադարձությունների թոհուբոհի մեջ տարբեր երևույթներ ունենում են տարընկալումներ, բայց ժամանակի մեծությունը կայանում է նաև նրանում, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում ամեն ինչ հստականում է, տարընկալումները վերանում են և ամեն ինչ ընկնում է իր տեղը՚: Այդ մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է ՙԱզատություն՚ ռադիոկայանը, հայտարարել է Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը` անդրադառնալով ուկրաինացի ռեժիսոր Ելենա Ֆետիսովայի՝ մշակույթի գործիչներին Հայաստանի պետական մրցանակների հանձնման արարողությանը մասնակցելուց հրաժարվելու փաստին:

ՙԱյսօր առավոտյան տիկին Ելենա Ֆետիսովայից ստացել եմ նամակ, որում նա շատ հարգալից կերպով շարադրում է Երևան չժամանելու իր դրդապատճառները: Ես իր գործընկերների միջոցով իրեն կփոխանցեմ մրցանակը, և իր ցանկությամբ, մրցանակի դրամական բաղադրիչը կուղղենք բարեգործական միջոցառումների՝ այն կրկնապատկելով Նախագահի հիմնադրամից՚, - նշել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

ՙՀասկանում եմ տիկին Ֆետիսովայի դրդապատճառները, ուզում եմ դիմել և հարգարժան տիկնոջը, և Ուկրաինայի ժողովրդին՝ ասելով, որ մենք եղբայրական ժողովուրդներ ենք և այդ եղբայրության, բարեկամության մասին են վկայում հազարավոր փաստեր, Լվովի միջնադարյան տաճարներից սկսած մինչև այսօրվա Հայաստանում գործող ուկրաինական համայնքի ակտիվ դիրքորոշումը: Մենք դարեր շարունակ ուս ուսի կռվել ենք միասին զավթիչների դեմ, մենք հազարավոր փառավոր էջեր ունենք պատմության, այդպես եղել է, և այդպես էլ շարունակվելու է: Այնպես է պատահում, որ ժամանակի և իրադարձությունների թոհուբոհի մեջ տարբեր երևույթներ ունենում են տարընկալումներ, բայց ժամանակի մեծությունը կայանում է նաև նրանում, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում ամեն ինչ հստականում է, տարընկալումները վերանում են և ամեն ինչ ընկնում է իր տեղը: Մեկ անգամ ևս կրկնում եմ, որ ուկրաինացիները մեր եղբայրներն են, այնպես որ, խնդրում եմ գործընկերներին մրցանակը փոխանցել տիկնոջը՚, - հավելել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

ՙՓարաջանով՚ ֆիլմի սցենարի հեղինակ, պրոդյուսեր և ռեժիսոր Ֆետիսովան Կիևից երկլեզու՝ ռուսերենով և անգլերենով բաց նամակ է հղել Սերժ Սարգսյանին, որում նշում է, թե պայմանավորված Ղրիմում անցկացված հանրաքվեի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի առաջնորդի արտահայտած դիրքորոշմամբ՝ իր մասնակցությունն այդ մրցանակաբաշխությանը անհնար է, իսկ իր դրամական պարգևը խնդրում է փոխանցել հայ որբ երեխաների կարիքները հոգալու համար:
