ՀՀ Հանրային խորհրդի քաղաքաշինության և ճարտարապետության հարցերի ենթահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գրիգոր Ազիզյանը մարտի 25-ին մասնակցել է ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչությունում տեղի ունեցած քննարկմանը` ՙԶվարթնոց՚ օդանավակայանի հին ուղևորային (կլոր) համալիրի պահպանման հարցի վերաբերյալ:


Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ Հանրային խորհրդի մամուլի ծառայությունը, Գրիգոր Ազիզյանը գոհունակությամբ հայտնել է, որ հանդիպումն անցել է կառուցողական և փոխըմբռնման մթնոլորտում, քննարկվել է օդանավակայանի հետագա զարգացման ծրագիրը .Զվարթնոց՚-ի կլոր շենքի պահպանմամբ իրականացնելու հնարավորությունը: Այդ առումով ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն, որպեսզի ճարտարապետ-կոնստրուկտորները նույնպես մասնակցեն կոնցեսիոների կողմից նոր նախագծի մշակման աշխատանքներին` համատեղ քննարկելով կլոր շենքի պահպանման բոլոր հնարավորությունները:Հանրային խորհուրդը շարունակելու է հետևել գործընթացին և պատրաստակամ է կոնցեսիոների հետ քննարկելու համալիրի պահպանման և հետագա շահագործման հետ կապված խնդիրները:Հանրային խորհուրդը ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության համապաատասխան կառույցին առաջարկում է քննարկել ՀԽ դիրքորոշման մեջ ամրագրված այն դրույթը, որը վերաբերում է ՙԶվարթնոց՚-ի կլոր շենքը պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանների պետական ցուցակում ներառելու հնարավորությանը:


Հանրային խորհուրդը շնորհակալություն է հայտնում բոլոր այն մասնագետներին, քաղաքացիներին ու շահագրգիռ անձանց, որոնց ջանքերով նաև ձևավորվեց ՙԶվարթնոց՚-ի կլոր շենքի պահպանման վերաբերյալ հանրային կուռ կարծիք:Հանրային խորհուրդը բարձր է գնահատում ՀՀ կառավարության և կոնցեսիոների պատրաստակամությունը` հաշվի նստել հանրային կարծիքի հետ և քննարկել օդանավակայանի հետագա զարգացման այնպիսի ծրագիր, որը չի սպառնա ՙԶվարթնոց՚-ի կլոր շենքին:
