European parliamentarians refused to travel to Yerevan following Armenia's decision to access the Customs Union, a Yerevan-based Haykakan Zhamanak Daily writes.
According to the source, the meeting of the Armenia-EU Parliamentary Cooperation Committee scheduled for 28-29 October in Yerevan has been cancelled.
The paper writes that the EU parliamentarians are boycotting the meeting as a sign of protest against Armenia's decision to join the CU. Only head of the Armenia-EU Parliamentary Cooperation Committee Milan Cabrnoch will arrive in Armenia to meet with the parliamentary factions.
