ՙԱզատ դեմոկրատներ՚ կուսակցությունը մտահոգություն է հայտնում Ադրբեջանին ռուսական սպառազինության վաճառքի առնչությամբ

Ազատ դեմոկրատներ կուսակցությունն իր խորը մտահոգությունն է հայտնում ՌԴ կողմից Ադրբեջանին շուրջ մեկ միլիարդ դոլարի ցամաքային սպառազինություն մատակարարելու կապակցությամբ, ասվում է ՙԱզատ դեմոկրատներ՚ կուսակցության լրատվական ծառայությունից ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը տրամադրված հայտարարության տեքստում:

ՙՆկատենք, որ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակից համարվող Ռուսաստանը զինտեխնիկա է մատակարարում Ադրբեջանին, դրանով իսկ, ըստ էության, նպաստելով Ադրբեջանի ռազմատենչ եւ պատերազմական գործողությունների միտված քաղաքականությանը: Հարձակողական նշանակություն ունեցող ցամաքային սպառազինությունների մատակարարումը փաստացիորեն անտեսում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից ԼՂ հիմնահարցը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու` բազմիցս հայտարարված պատրաստակամությունը եւ ավելի հավանական դարձնում ՀԱՊԿ-ի հիմնադիր անդամ հանդիսացող ՀՀ-ի հանդեպ ռազմական ագրեսիան` ՀԱՊԿ-ի մեկ այլ անդամ Ռուսաստանի տրամադրած զինտեխնիկայի հնարավոր կիրառման հաշվին: Մինչդեռ, 1997թ. ՀՀ և ՌԴ միջև կնքված Բարեկամության, համագործակցության եւ փոխադարձ օգնության մասին պայմանագրի 3-րդ հոդվածը, մասնավորապես, սահմանում է, որ Կողմերը պարտավորվում են համատեղ ձեռնարկել իրենց համար բոլոր մատչելի միջոցները` խաղաղության դեմ սպառնալիքը վերացնելու համար:

Բազմիցս ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, ինչպես նաեւ համանախագահող երկրների նախագահները կոչ են արել Ադրբեջանին եւ Հայաստանին դադարեցնել սպառազինությունը եւ ջանքերն ուղղել բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ լուծում գտնելու ուղղությամբ: Սակայն իրականությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ռուսաստանը հենց ինքն է նաեւ նպաստում Ադրբեջանի ռազմականացմանը: Ի վերջո, այդ ծավալի սպառազինությունների մուտքը կոնֆլիկտային տարածաշրջան խորացնում է լարվածությունը եւ միաժամանակ խոչընդոտում ԼՂ հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացին:

Ելնելով նշվածից` Ազատ դեմոկրատներ կուսակցությունը ՌԴ սույն քայլը դիտարկում է որպես նահանջ ռազմավարական գործընկերության հարաբերություններից եւ կոչ է անում ՀՀ  իշխանություններին համապատասխան դիրքորոշում ցուցաբերել եւ դիտարկել Ադրբեջանին ցամաքային հարձակողական զինատեսակների մատակարարման ու հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների համատեղելիության հարցը:
Միաժամանակ միջազգային հանրության, եւ առաջին հերթին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ուշադրությունն ենք հրավիրում այս հարցի վրա եւ ակնկալում պատշաճ արձագանք՚, - ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

Հունիսի 15-ից ԶԼՄ-ները հեղեղված են Ադրբեջանին ռուսական ռազմական տեխնիկայի գարնանն սկսված մատակարարումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությամբ: Սպառազինությունների վերջին խմբաքանակի շրջանակում Մոսկվան Բաքու կառաքի 94  Տ-90Ս տանկ, մոտ 100  զրահամեքենա, 18 ՙՄստա-Էս՚ հրետանային ինքնագնաց կայանք, 18 ՙՍմերչ՚ ԲՄ-30  համազարկային հրթիռային համակարգ, 18  ՙՎենա՚ ինքնագնաց հրետանային կայանք և 6  ՙՍոլնցեպյոկ՚ ծանր հրանետային համակարգ: Տանկերի հետ միասին գնվում են նաև զրահապատ վերանորոգման-տարհանման մեքենաներ և ինժեներական մեքենաներ, ինչպես նաև համազարկային հրթիռային համակարգերի սպասարկման և հրաձգության կառավարման համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր մեքենաները: Պայմանագրերով նախատեսված  համակարգերի, ինչպես նաև ռազմամթերքի ընդհանուր արժեքը կարող է կազմում առնվազն 700 մլն դոլար,  հնարավոր է, 1 մլրդ դոլար: Միայն 2010-2011 թթ. Ռուսաստանն Ադրբեջան է առաքել 3 մլրդ դոլար ընդհանուր գումարի սպառազինություն:
