ՄԳՈւ մասնաճյուղի բացումը Հայաստանը կդարձնի տարածաշրջանի ուսումնական կենտրոն

 Մոսկվայի Մ.Լոմոնոսովի անվան պետական համալսարանի (ՄԳՈւ) երևանյան մասնաճյուղի բացումը Հայաստանը կդարձնի տարածաշրջանի ուսումնական կենտրոն: Այսօր Աղվերանում ընթացող սեմինարի ընթացքում այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը: 


Նրա խոսքերով, մասնաճյուղի բացման շուրջ բանակցություններն սկսվել են դեռ 2009 թվականին: <ՄԳՈւ-ն ուշադրությամբ է հետևում, որպեսզի մասնաճյուղը համապատասխանի բոլոր ստանդարտներին>,-ասել է Աշոտյանը: Բուհի մասնաճյուղերն արդեն գործում են Աստանայում, Տաշքենդում, Դուշանբեում, Բաքվում: Նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ Երևանի մասնաճյուղի պարագայում ֆինանսական պարտավորությունն իր վրա կվերցնի ոչ թե պետությունը, այլ մասնավոր հատվածը. «Արդեն կա համապատասխան համաձայնության նախագիծը: Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որպեսզի հունվարից մասնաճյուղի գոյությունը դառնա իրականություն: Արդեն կան պոտենցիալ ուսանողներըե, - ասել է Աշոտյանը:


Նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ մասնաճյուղում կգործի 4-5 ֆակուլտետ, այդ թվում սոցիալ-հումանիտար ուղղությամբ: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, գնում է ֆիզմաթ, միջազգային հարաբերությունների և միջազգային տնտեսական հարաբերությունների ֆակուլտետների մասին: Ըստ Աշոտյանի, ՄԳՈւ-ի երևանյան մասնաճյուղի բացումը Հայաստանը կդարձնի տարածաշրջանի հետաքրքիր ուսումնական կենտրոն, քանի որ ուսուցումը մասնաճյուղում կարող է հետաքրքրել նաև Վրաստանի, Իրանի, արաբական երկրների, ինչպես նաև ռուսական քաղաքների դիմորդներին:


Նշվել է նաև, որ իրականացվում է ևս մեկ նախագիծ` Հայաստանում Ռուսական գիմնազիայի բացումը: Նախարարը հույս է հայտնել, որ համապատասխան համաձայնագրերը կստորագրվեն մինչև տարեվերջ: Հայկական կողմը տրամադրում է տարածքը և շենքը, իսկ ռուսական կողմն իր վրա կվերցնի ֆինանսական ծախսերը, ինչպես նաև դասատուների վերապատրաստման, դասագրքերի տրամադրման և մեթոդաբանական գրականության տրամադրման հարցերը:


Ինչպես նշել է Աշոտյանը, համաձայն 2010 թվականին <Լեզվի մասին> և <Հանրակրթական ուսուցման մասին> ՀՀ օրենքներում կատարված փոփոխությունների և լրացումների, Հայաստանում բացվել է օտար լեզվի դասավանդումով 11 դպրոց: Առաջին ծիծեռնակները հանդիսացան` <Քվանդ> գիմնազիան, որը դասավանդումն իրականացնում է անգլերենով, <Միջազգային բակալավրիատ> ծրագրով, հայ-ֆրանսիական լիցեյը, Դիլիջանի միջազգային դպրոցը: Այդ շարքը կհամալրի նաև Ռուսական գիմնազիան:
Հավելենք, որ «Թափանցիկություն և հաշվետվողականություն. ՀՀ Կրթության և գիտության նախարարության կարևոր սկզբունքներըե խորագրով սեմինարն անցկացվեց Աղվերանում, նոյեմբերի  15 – 17-ը:
