Ահմեդ Դավութօղլու.1915 թվականին հայերի տեղահանումն անմարդկային քայլ էր

2015 թվականին հայերի տեղահանումն անմարդկային քայլ էր, և Թուրքիան երբեք
չի սատարել այդ քայլին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Hurriyet Daily
News-ը, այս մասին Երևանում հատարարել է Թուրքիայի
արտգործնախարար Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուն, ով ժամանել էր ՍՏՀԿ գագաթնաժողովին
մասնակցելու նպատակով: Նշենք, որ այցի շրջանակներում նա հանդեպել է նաև ՀՀ
արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նլբանդյանի հետ:


 


«Մենք շատ գոհ ենք
Նալբանդյանի ետ կայացած հանդիպումից, այն անկեղծ էր: Հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը
ամուր հիմքերով երկխոսության մթնոլորտի ստեղծումն էր»,-ասել է Դավութօսլուն:


 


Հանդիպումից հետո նախարարը
հերթել է տեղեկություններն այն մասին, որ ինքը Հայաստանին առաջարկել է Ադրբեջանին
վերադարձնել Լեռնային Ղրաբաղի երկու շրջանը:


 


Դավութօղլուն հույս է
հայտնել, որ երկու երկրների միջև կոլեկտիվ գիտակցությունը կստեղծվի «արդար
հիշողության» միջոցով:


 


«Ասելով «արդար
հիշողություն», մենք նկատի ունենք, որ պետք է իմանանք փաստերը: Այդ ժամանակ մենք
կտեսնենք, որ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունները չեն կարող համեմատվել
գերմանա-հրեական հարաբերությունների հետ: Յուրաքանչյուր փողոցում կա մի ընդհանուր
նշան: Այն բանից հետ, երբ դուք կտեսնեք դա, նոր միայն կհասկանաք, որ հայերի
տեղահանումը 1915 թվականին սխալ քայլ էր: Դա անմարդկային էր»,-ասել է
Դավութօղլուն:


 


Նա նաև հավելել է, որ
պաշտոնական Երևանը ցանկանում է, որպեսզի առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի ընթացքում
հայերի բռնի տեղահանումը Անկարան ճանաչի որպես ցեղասպանություն, բայց Թուրքիան
համառորեն հրաժարվում է դա անել:


 


Թուրք նախարարը նշել է, որ
Թուրքիայի առաջնահերթ նպատակը հայ-թուրքական սահմանի բացումը չէ: «Գլխավոր նպատակն
այն հիմքերի ձևավորումն է, որոնք ուղի կհարթեն տարածաշրջանում համատարած խաղաղության
հաստատման ճանապարհին»,-ընդգծել է թուրք դիվանագետը:


 


Նրա խոսքերով, դրա համար
անհրաժեշտ է երեք հիմնադիր նմախադրյալ, մասնավորապես, հարաբերությունները
Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի միջև, հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները և թուրքերի ու
հայերի միջև հարաբերությունները:


 


Դավութօղլուն նաև հիշեցրել
է, որ 2009 թվականին ձեռնարկվեցին հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների նորմալացման
փորձեր, բայդ, տարբեր պատճառներով, դրանք հաջողություն չունեցան: Ըստ նախարարի,
եթե երեք սկզբունքներից որևէ մեկը կաղում է, ապա առաջանում են անհարմարություններ:
«Օրինակ, եթե մենք բացում ենք սահմաները Հայաստանի համար, բայց Հայաստանի և
Ադրբեջանի միջև ռազմական գործողություններ սկսվելու դեպքում մենք ստիպված կլինենք
կրկին փակել սահմանները»,-նշել է դիվանագետը:


 


Արտգործնախարարը նշել է
նաև, որ փորձեր են արվել երկխոսություն հաստատել հայկական սփյուռքի հետ:
«Արտասահմանյան այցերի ընթացքում ես փորձում եմ հանդիպել հայկական սփյուռքի
ներկայացուցիչների հետ, քանի որ մենք հասկանում ենք, որ եթե չկարողանանք ստեղծել
սփյուռքի հետ կապի հիմքերը, ապա հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների վրա կլինեն
ճնշումներ, և բոլոր ջանքերը կհայտնվոեն փակուղում»,-եզրափակել է նա:
