ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հաճախորդները կարող են համալրել իրենց ավանդները Telcell տերմինալների միջոցով

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ընդլայնում է Telcell վճարային տերմինալների միջոցով տրամադրվող ծառայությունների տեսականին: Այսուհետ բանկի ավանդատուները հնարավորություն ունեն համալրելու ոչ միայն իրենց բանկային/քարտային հաշիվները, այլև ավանդները ժամանակի իրական ռեժիմում (ավանդը համալրվում է անմիջապես) առանց մասնաճյուղ այցելելու վրա ժամանակի լրացուցիչ ծախսի` Telcell վճարային տերմինալների միջոցով:


Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո-ին հայտնել են բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունում, հաշիվների համալրման ծառայությունը հասանելի է 24/7 ռեժիմում` Երևանում և ՀՀ մարզերում տեղակայված Telcell ընկերության շուրջ 1 200 տերմինալների միջոցով: Ընդ որում, 01.08.2014թ.-ից սկսած, ավանդի, ինչպես նաև  բանկային/քարտային հաշվի համալրման միջնորդավճարը բանկի մասնաճյուղերում տեղակայված տերմինալների միջոցով կազմում է 100 դրամ, իսկ Telcell մնացած տերմինալների միջոցով` 300 դրամ:


Հաճախորդները կարող են համալրել ավանդները` սկսած 1100 դրամից, համալրման ամեն գործարքի առավելագույն գումարը կազմում է 100 հազ. դրամ: Մինչև 1 100 ՀՀ դրամը մուտքագրում կատարելու դեպքում գումարը ավտոմատ կհամալրվի հաճախորդի բջջային հեռախոսահամարի հաշվեկշռին:


Telcell տերմինալներով կատարված բանկային/քարտային հաշիվների համալրումները Բանկում հասանելի կդառնան/փաստացի կիրականացվեն ժամանակի իրական ռեժիմում` երկուշաբթիից-ուրբաթ 09:00-19:00-ն, շաբաթ օրը` 09:00-18:00-ն, իսկ մնացած օրերին և ժամերին` հաջորդ բանկային օրը` 09:00-ին:Արտարժութային հաշիվների համալրման դեպքում փոխանակումն իրականացվում է գործարքի հաշվեգրման պահին Բանկում անկանխիկ գործարքների համար գործող փոխարժեքով:


ՙՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ու Telcell ընկերությունը արդեն մի քանի տարի է հաջողությամբ համագործակցում են հեռահար սպասարկման ոլորտում: Մենք հետևողականորեն զարգացնում ու կատարելագործում ենք Telcell տերմինալների միջոցով մեր հաճախորդներին տրամադրվող ծառայությունները: Ընդլայնելով տերմինալների միջոցով ավանդների համալրման հնարավորությունը, մենք հաճախորդներին հնարավորություն ենք ընձեռում ավելի արդյունավետ օգտագործելու իրենց ժամանակն ու համալրելու ավանդները` անկախ բանկի աշխատանքային ռեժիմից՚,- ասել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ Յու. Ուրախ ենք հայտարարելու մեր բազմամյա գործընկեր ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հետ միասին մշակած ևս մեկ նոր ծառայության մեկնարկի մասին: Բանկի բազմաթիվ հաճախորդներ արդեն հասցրել են գնահատել Telcell տերմինալների միջոցով ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկում վարկերի մարման ու բանկային հաշիվների համալրման արագությունն ու հարմարավետությունը: Իսկ ավանդների համալրումը կլինի բանկի ինքնասպասարկման տարածքներում ինչպես նաև  Telcell բոլոր տերմինալների միջոցով  տրամադրվող ծառայությունների ևս մեկ արժանի լրացում: Ժամանակակից աշխարհում ժամանակը դառնում է ամենաթանկ ռեսուրսը, և մենք միշտ աշխատում ենք մեր հաճախորդների հարմարավետության ուղղությամբ՚,- ասել է ՙTelcell՚ ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Ա. ՙՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ՚ ՓԲԸ ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է դարձել 2004թ. ապրիլին: ՙՎՏԲ Բանկ՚ ԲԲԸ հանդիսանում է ՙՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ՚ ՓԲԸ 100% բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի միանձնյա բաժնետերը: Բանկը հիմնական ցուցանիշների մի ամբողջ շարքով մշտապես ներառվում է ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի առաջատարների թվի մեջ: Ներկա դրությամբ բանկն ունի ամենալայն մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ողջ երկրում` 67 մասնաճյուղ:
