Առկա է ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության` իսրայելապաղեստինյան

շփումների եվրոպական կենտրոնի ասոցիացիայի անդամ Էրիկա Լերները` առցանց
հարցազրույցի ընթացքում պատասխանելով ԱրմԻնֆոյի հարցին:


 


Հիշեցնենք, որ
վերջին շաբաթներին հայ-ադրբեջանական և ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմաններին ամեն օր
տեղի են ունենում փոխհրաձգություններ: Դրանք ուղեկցվում են  ադրբեջական դիվերսիաներով, որոնց արդեն,
զինվորականներից բացի,  զոհ են դառնում
խաղաղ բնակիչներ:

հանգամանքին, որ իարվիճակը նշված սահմաններում պարբերաբար թեժանում է, ԵԱՀԿ-ն

փաստերը վերաճեն լուրջ դիմակայության, թեկուզ` կարճատև: Հնարավոր է, կայացվի խաղաղապահներ
մտցնելու որոշում, սակայն ոչ մի երաշխիք չկա, որ դրանից զոհերի թիվն ավելի քիչ չի
լինի», - ընդգծել է Լերները:


 


Փորձագետը նաև
տարակուսանք է հայտնել այն առնչությամբ, որ լուրջ վտանգ ծագելու դեպքում ԱՄՆ և
Ֆրանսիան պատրաստ են միանշանակ Հայաստանի կողմը կանգնել: Նրա գնահատմամբ, Սիրիայի
հակամարտության նկատմամբ Վաշինգտոնի և Փարիզի դիրքորոշումը ցույց է տալիս, որ
նրանք կարող են փոխել իրենց դիրքորոշումները: Ընդ որում, պարտաիր չէ, որպեսզի այդ
դիրքորոշումները  Սիրիայի իշխանությունները
կողմը լինեն: Եվ դա այն դեպքում, որ նույն Ֆրանսիան պատմական առումով Սիրիային շատ
ավելի մոտ է, քան` Հայաստանին:
