Параллельная Минская группа соберется в Страсбурге

АрмИнфо/Turan, 28-29 ноября в Страсбурге будет организована встреча представителей гражданских
обществ Армении и Азербайджана. Цель встречи - поиск и обсуждение путей урегулирования
Карабахского конфликта.


<Мероприятие будет проведено по
инициативе Хельсинкской гражданской ассамблеи при поддержке Совета Европы>,
- сообщила Turan глава НК ХГА Азербайджана Арзу Абдуллаева.


От азербайджанской и армянской сторон во
встрече примут участие по 8 человек, среди них будут эксперты, политики,
журналисты, учителя и историки.


Данный формат получил неофициальное
название <Параллельный Минской группы>, который подразумевает вовлечение
общественности в обсуждение и поиск путей урегулирования конфликта. По итогам
обсуждений будет принят документ с рекомендациями правительствам двух стран,
международному сообществу и Минской группе ОБСЕ, сказала Абдуллаева.



Она также отметила, что участники предстоящих
дискуссий ранее уже встречались на различных мероприятиях на Аландских
островах, Тбилиси и других местах.
