Beeline Company in Armenia announced the development of fixed and mobile internet as a priority issue for 2016, Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said at an interview with an ArmInfo's correspondent.
"By regulator's decision the company must modernize fixed network so that the customers in the most remote districts of the country are able to use internet connection. Beeline Armenia spends millions of dollars to reach this goal. The company also attaches importance to improving the system of relations with clients- Customer Relationship Management (CMR), particularly creating special programs for the subscribers we better understand the client's needs", he added.
The company continues activities for ensuring efficiency. For example, purchase of cheaper equipment will allow reducing tariffs on services due to the saved funds, by this increasing attractiveness for the customers. Work in mobile internet with implementing new technologies, will also continue. To recall, ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline brand) is a member of VimpelCom Group.
