Սարգիս Հացպանյան. Թուրքիան Օջալանի ձեռքերով փորձում է ձախողել Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչմանն ուղղված հայության ջանքերը

 Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը և հատուկ ծառայությունները քրդերի առաջնորդ Աբդուլլահ Օջալանի ձեռքերով փորձում են Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակի նախաշեմինձախողել Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչմանն ուղղված հայության ջանքերը, այսօր մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ այդպիսի կարծիք է հայտնել տարածաշրջանային հարցերի փորձագետ, վերլուծաբան Սարգիս Հացպանյանը`մեկնաբանելով վերջերս հայ ժողովրդին ուղղված Օջալանի ուղերձը:


Հացպանյանը քննադատորեն է վերաբերում Իմրալի կղզու բանտում գտնվող քրդերի առաջնորդի ուղերձին: Նրա խոսքով, Օջալանի ուղերձի միակ դրական պահը, որոշակի վերապահումներով, կարելի է համարել այն, որ Օջալանն առաջին անգամ իրերն իրենց անունով է կոչել`օգտագործելով ՙցեղասպանություն՚ բառը: Բայց մյուս կողմից`նա չի խոսում քրդերի պատասխանատվության և Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի կոտորածի, նրանց զանգվածային արտահանման մասին: Այս առումով Օջալանի խոսքերը երեսպաշտության դրսևորում են: ՙԱվելին, քրդերի առաջնորդն իր ուղերձում ցավակցում է Թուրքիայի տարածքում բնակվող հայերին, բայց մյուս կողմից`քննադատում է Սփյուռքի հայերին`այն գործիք համարելով ՙհամաշխարհային կապիտալիզմի՚ ձեռքում: Սա մեզ ծանոթ թեմա է, հայկական Սփյուռքի մասնատման նման փորձեր բազմիցս ձեռնարկել է Անկարան՚,- նշել է Հացպանյանը:


Վերլուծաբանը հիշեցրել է, որ մինչ այժմ Օջալանի բոլոր հայտարարությունները, ըստ էության, հակահայկական բովանդակություն են ունեցել, իսկ նրա դիրքորոշման մեղմացումը հարկավոր է դիտարկել թուրքական կառավարության դեմ քրդերի զինված պայքարի թուլացման համատեքստում: ՙԱկնհայտ է, որ Օջալանը որոշակի գործարքի է գնացել թուրքական կառավարության հետ: Բանն այն է, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակի նախաշեմին քրդերը մտավախություն ունեն, որ, թուրքական կառավարությունից բացի, կատարած հանցանքների համար ստիպված պատասխանատվություն կկրեն նաև իրենք: Եվ այդ  պատասխանատվությունը քրդերի վրա կդնի առաջին հերթին Անկարան: Հետևաբար, փորձելով խուսափել այդ պատասխանատվությունից`նրանք հավաստիացնում են հայերին իրենց բարեկամության ու եղբայրության մասին: 
Հիշեցնենք, որ քուրդ առաջնորդի ասելով, իրենք միշտ համակրանքով են վերաբերվել հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ: ՙԱզգայնական պետության և կառավարության թույնի պատճառով այս հողերը վերածվեցին ժողովուրդների և մշակույթների գերեզմանոցի: Մենք պայքարել ենք ոչ միայն քրդերի, այլև այստեղ ապրող բոլոր մյուս ժողովուրդների ազատության համար: Չնայած դժվարություններին` խաղաղության մեր որոնումները ոչ մի ազգի չեն վնասի՚, - հայտարարել է Օջալանը:
