UOMNP LEU ներկայացրել է 2014 թվականի ապրիլ-հոկտեմբերին Հայաստանի բջջային 3 օպերատորների հաճախորդների MNP միջոցով տեղափոխությունների արդյունքները

UOMNP LEU ներկայացրել է 2014 թվականի ապրիլ-հոկտեմբերին Հայաստանի բջջային 3 օպերատորների հաճախորդների MNP միջոցով տեղափոխությունների արդյունքները

Հայաստանի հեռահաղրդակցության շուկայում MNP ծառայության
միջոցով բաժանորդների ներհոսքով տեղերը դասավորվել են հետևյալ հաջորդականությամբ`
«ԱրմենՏել» ՓԲԸ (Beeline Հայաստան) – 1
տեղ` 6123 բաժանորդ, «Orange Armenia»
ՓԲԸ – 2 տեղ` 5895 բաժանորդ, «Ղ-Տելեկոմ» (VivaCell-MTS) – 3 տեղ` 5389 բաժանորդ:


 


Իսկ MNP ծառայության
միջոցով բաժանորդների արտահոսքով առաջին տեղում է VivaCell-MTS-ը`
7230 բաժանորդ, 2-րդ տեղում է Beeline-ը` 5943 բաժանորդ, իսկ 3-րդ տեղում է Orange
Armenia-ն` 4234 բաժանորդ: Այդպիսով,
«ԱրմենՏել» ՓԲԸ  MNP ներհոս/արտահոսի սալդոն դրական է 180
բաժանորդով, «Ղ-Տելեկոմ» ՓԲԸ-ում` բացասական է 1841 բաժանորդով, իսկ «Օրանժ
Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ում` դրական 1661 բաժանորդով:   Տվյալներն ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանն են
տրամադրվել UOMNP LEU կողմից, նշված
օպերատորների 2014 թվականի ապրիլ-հոկտեմբեր ամիսների գործունեության արդյունքների
հիման վրա, քանի որ Հայաստանի հեռահաղորդակցության շուկայում ապրիլից ներդրվեց MNP
(Mobile Number Portability)
ծառայությունը:


 


Նշենք, որ MNP
ծառայությունը դա կապի ծառայության մատակարարի փոփոխությունն է հեռախոսահամարը
պահպանելու հնարավորությամբ (պրեֆիքսի հետ միասին): Այլ խոսքով, դա շարժական
հեռախոսահամարների տեղափոխության հնարավորությունն է:


 


UOMNP LEU (Union of
Operators providing mobile number portability services)– դա «Շարժական կապի
համարների տեղափոխելիության ծառայություն մատուցող օպերատորների միություն» է, որը
հիմնադրվել է 2013 թվականի հուլիսի 30-ին, և որի նպատակն է ստեղծել և շահագործել  շարժական կապի հեռախոսահամարների
տեղափոխելիության ծառայությունները Հայաստանում: Այն ստեղծվել է Հայաստանի
բջջային երեք օպերատորների կողմից («ԱրմենՏել» ՓԲԸ, «Orange Armenia» ՓԲԸ և «Ղ-Տելեկոմ» ՓԲԸ):


 


Հիշեցնենք, որ «ԱրմենՏել»
ՓԲԸ հանդիսանում է Հայաստանի խոշորագույն հեռահաղորդակցական ընկերությունը: Այն
հիմնադրվել է 1995 թվականի մարտին, ՀՀ կապի նախարարության որոշմամբ և ամերիկյան Trans-World Telecom ընկերության հետ համատեղ:


 


2006 թվականի նոյեմբերի
3-ից «ԱրմենՏել» ՓԲԸ հանդիսանում է «ՎիմպելԿոմ» ընկերությունների Խմբի անդամ, որը հանդիսանում
է ինտեգրված կապի խոշորագույն համաշխարհային օպերատորներից մեկը: VivaCell-MTS-ը
հանդիսանում է MTS-ի դուստր ընկերությունը, որը հիմնադրվել է 2005 թվականի հուլիսի
1-ին, որի բաժնետոմսերի 80%-ը պատկանում է ռուսաստանյան MTS ընկերությունը, իսկ
մնացած 20%-ը`Fattouch ներդրումային ընկերությանը: Orange Armenia ընկերությունը հանդիսանում է France Telecom-ի (Orange ապրանքանիշ) 100%
դուստր ընկերությունը և հայկական շուկայում
գործում է 2009 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5-ից:


 



Ըստ
ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության` Հայաստանի Խոշորագույն Ձեռնարկությունների Ռենկինգի, 2014
թվականի հունվարի 1-ին ԱրմենՏել ընկերության սեփական կապիտալը կազմել է 120 մլրդ
դրամ (1 տեղը հեռահաղորդակցության շուկայում), ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ինը`  87.3 մլրդ դրամ (2 տեղ), Orange Հայաստանինը`
38.2 մլրդ դրամ (3 տեղ): Ակտիվների գծով տեղերը բաշխվել են հետևյալ
հաջորդականությամբ` ԱրմենՏել - 131.6 մլրդ դրամ, ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ 103.8 մլրդ դրամ,
Orange Armenia - 48.3 մլրդ դրամ: 2013 թվականի հասույթով` ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ- 80.2 մլրդ
դրամ, ԱրմենՏել - 59.3 մլրդ դրամ, Orange Armenia - 22,9 մլրդ դրամ: 2013 թվականի
համախառն շահույթով` ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ 20.9 մլրդ դրամ, Orange Armenia - 19.6 մլրդ
դրամ, ԱրմենՏել - 19.2 մլրդ դրամ: 2013 թվականի զուտ շահույթով են եզրզփակել
ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի և ԱրմենՏել ընկերությունները, համապատասխանաբար կազմելով` 16,4 մլրդ
դրամ և 5.4 մլրդ դրամ, և վնասով է եզրզփակել Orange Armenia-ն` 3.9 մլրդ դրամ
(մյուս օպերատորների համեմատ հեռահաղորդակցության շուկայում գործունեության ավելի
կարճ ժամկետներ ունենալու պատճառով):
