2013 թվականին ՙԱռէկսիմբանկ-Գազպրոմբանկի խումբ՚ ՓԲԸ աշխատակազմի սոցիալական ապահովության գծով ծախսերը կազմել են ավելի քան 107 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, որը 2012 թվականի համեմատ ավելացել է 27%-ով:


Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունը, աշխատակազմի սոցիալական ապահովության ծրագիրը գործում է 2010 թվականից, որի հիմնական նպատակներն են` անձնակազմի սոցիալական պաշտպանվածության աստիճանի բարձրացումը, հանգուցային մասնագետների նշանակումը և աշխատակիցների մեջ վաղվա օրվա նկատմամբ վստահության ամրապնդումը: Բանկի աշխատակիցների սոցիալական ապահովության համակարգը նախատեսում է տարբեր տեսակի սոցիալական երաշխիքներ ու արտոնություններ, ինչպիսիք են`լրացուցիչ վճարովի արձակուրդների տրամադրում (ինչպես չնորմավորված աշխատանքային օրվա, այնպես էլ կենցաղային հարցերի լուծման համար), նյութական օգնություն` ամուսնության, հոբելյանի, երեխայի ծննդյան առթիվ, ինչպես նաև բազմազավակ ծնողներին և հաշմանդամ երեխաներ խնամող աշխատակիցներին, աշխատակցի բուժման (այդ թվում` արտասահմանում), ընտանիքի անդամի մահվան դեպքում: Բանկն իր աշխատակիցներին տրամադրում է նաև հասցեական նյութական օգնություն ֆորս-մաժորային հանգամանքների դեպքում (դժբախտ պատահարի, գույքի կորստի, մոտ հարազատների բուժման և այլ դեպքերում): Բացի այդ, աշխատակցին վճարվում է նյութական օգնություն կենսաթոշակային տարիքը լրանալու կապակցությամբ, լրացուցիչ արձակման նպաստ, կենսաթոշակին անցնելու կապակցությամբ աշխատանքից ազատվելու և այլ դեպքերում: Բանկի այն աշխատակիցներին, ովքեր երեխայի խնամքի համար արձակուրդի մեջ են, մինչև երեխայի երեք տարին լրանալը վճարվում է ամենամսյա նպաստ: 2013թ. ընթացքում հատկացվել է թվով 119 օգնություն:


Ավելին, Բանկի աշխատակիցներին ամենամյա հիմնական վճարովի արձակուրդի հետ տրամադրվում է նյութական օգնություն: 2013թ-ին նշված նյութական օգնությունից օգտվել է ավելի քան 396 աշխատակից:  


ՙԱռէկսիմբանկ-Գազպրոմբանկի խումբ՚ ՓԲԸ-ն հիմնադրվել է 1998թ-ին, որի 100% բանժնետերն է հանդիսանում խոշորագույն ռուսաստանյան բանկերից մեկը` “Գազպրոմբանկ” ԲԲԸ-ն: 2013թ. տարեվերջի դրությամբ «Առէկսիմբանկ-Գազպրոմբանկի խումբե ՓԲԸ աշխատակիցների թիվը կազմել է 487: Բանկն ունի 16 մասնաճյուղ, որից 7-ը` Երևանում և 9-ը` մարզերում:
