Թուրքական թերթ. Երևանն Անկարային խոստացել է հանձնել ԼՂՀ երկու շրջան

Պաշտոնական Անկարան նախապատրաստել
է Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության հաստատման, մասնավորապես, Երևանի հետ
հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ճանապարհային քարտեզ: Այդ մասին գրում է թուրքական
«Սաբահ» թերթը`  վկայակոչելով սեփական
դիվանագիտական աղբյուրները:


Թերթը նշում է, որ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Ահմեթ
Դավութօղլուի ԱՄՆ այցից և Ռուսաստանի ու ԱՄՆ նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Բարաք
Օբամայի հետ վարչապետ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի քննարկումներից հետո պաշտոնական
Անկարան նախապատրաստել է Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության հաստատման ճանապարհային
քարտեզ, որը նախատեսում է հայկական կողմի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող երկու
շրջանների հանձնում Ադրբեջանին`  Անկարայի
և Երևանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման դիմաց:


 Մասնավորապես, ինչպես նշում է «Սաբահը», պաշտոնական
Երևանն արդեն բանավոր խոստացել է հանձնել երկու շրջան, սակայն Անկարան Հայաստանից
պահանջել է այդ մասին պաշտոնական հայտարարություն: «Եթե Հայաստանի ղեկավարության
նման հայտարարություն հրապարակվի, Դավութօղլուն դեկտեմբերի 12-ին կայցելի Երևան,
որտեղ կայանալու է ՍՏՀԿ միջոցառում: Դիվանագիտական աղբյուրներն ուշադրություն են
հրավիրում այն փաստի վրա, որ, ի տարբերություն սրընթաց զարգացող Ադրբեջանի` իր հարուստ
էներգապաշարներով, Հայաստանը լավագույն վիճակում չէ: Իրավիճակը փոխելու համար
անհրաժեշտ է գտնել ելք ստատուս-քվոյից», - նշում է պարբերականը:


 Ըստ «Սաբահի», նախատեսվում է, որ առաջին փուլում հայկական
զորքերը կազատեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին հարող 7 ազատագրված շրջաններից 2-ը`  Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի հետ Հայաստանի
հարաբերությունների կարգավորման դիմաց:


 ԱրմԻնֆոյի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ,
կառավարող ՀՀԿ մամուլի քարտուղար Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն այդ հրապարակումը որակել է
թուրքական դիվանագիտության բուռն երևակայության արգասիք: Նա այդ հրապարակումը
համարել է անլուրջ և հարկ չի համարել առավել մանրամասն այն մեկնաբանել:
