Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will visit Armenia with a special proposal, Turkish newspaper Aksam reported.
According to the newspaper, Davutoglu will propose Armenia to surrender 2 out of 7 regions surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh in exchange for opening the Armenian-Turkish border.
Davutolgu will visit Armenia to attend the summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in Yerevan on December 12.
According to Turkish media, during his visit Davutoglu will meet with the Armenian President and Foreign Minister.
