Политолог: Сотрудничество армянских и турецких общественных слоев исходит из интересов двух народов

 Армяно-турецкое
сотрудничество в общественной плоскости исходит из интересов двух народов. Об
этом 28 июня журналистам в Ереване 
заявил директор Центра по глобализации и региональному сотрудничеству
Степан Григорян на конференции "Геополитика Южного Кавказа и
армяно-турецкие отношения".


"Армяно-турецкие отношения сегодня
находятся в замороженном состоянии, известна и позиция официального Еревана -
что без ратификации армяно-турецких протоколов не может идти речи о налаживании
отношений. Но помимо политических отношений можно строить и отношения и на
общественном уровне. Я полагаю, что в этой сфере необходимо продолжать
сотрудничество, поскольку, сегодня турецкая общественность положительно
настроена к армянам ",- подчеркнул Григорян.


Коснувшись последних процессов в Турции,
Григорян заявил, что очень сложно сказать, как будет дальше развиваться
ситуация, но то, что это отразится на отношениях с Арменией однозначно. По
мнению эксперта, официальная Анкара будет вынуждена предпринять шаги в
направлении восстановления своего подпорченного международного имиджа, и одним
из таких шагов может стать налаживание армяно-турецких отношений.



В свою очередь, турецкий ученый Бурак Билгехан Озпек
(Университет экономики и технологий) подчеркнул, что в изменяющемся мире очень
сложно разобраться в том, кто друг, а кто враг. "За одну ночь друг может
превратиться во врага, а враг в друга, так, еще несколько лет назад президент
Сирии Башар Асад и премьер-министр Реджеп Тайип Эрдоган были хорошими друзьями,
а сегодня ситуация совсем иная",- заметил он.
