Սարգսյանը նոյեմբերի 22-ին Մշակույթի նախարարության ղեկավար կազմի հետ խորհրդակցության
ժամանակ:


<<Վիեննայի հանդիպումից հետո ինձ հարց տրվեց, թե
ինչպես եմ ես այն գնահատում, ես պատասխանեցի` նորմալ: Նորմալ այն առումով,
որ փաստորեն այս հանդիպումը նշանակում է, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բանակցությունների նոր փուլ եւ նոր սկիզբ>>, - ընդգծել է նախագահը,
նշելով, որ դա առաջին հանդիպումն էր վերջին երկու տարում:


Սարգսյանը դժվարացել է պատասխանել
բանակցային գործընթացում տեղաշարժին առնչվող հարցին, սակայն նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի
նախագահի մոտ տեսել է խնդիրը լուծելու ցանկություն, սակայն դա բավական չէ:
<<Նույն ցանկությունն առկա է նաեւ մեզ մոտ: Ես անձամբ ցանկանում եմ, որպեսզի խնդիրը լուծվի հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում, բայց թե ինչ պայմաններով է ցանկանում Ադրբեջանի նախագահը խնդիրը լուծել, եւ ես ինչ պայմաններով եմ ցանկանում խնդիրը լուծել, ահա ողջ հարցը հենց այստեղ է>>, - ընդգծել է նախագահը:


 


Պետության ղեկավարը նաև հաղորդել է, որ
արդեն արտաքին գործերի նախարարներին հանձնարարվել է, որպեսզի նրանք դեկտեմբեր ամսվա սկզբներին նոր ցուցումների հիման վրա մի բանակցային փուլ սկսեն: <<Դեկտեմբերին տարածաշրջան կայցելեն համանախագահները
եւ, երեւի թե, մոտակա ժամանակներում հանդիպելու այն պայմանավորվածությունը, որ մենք ձեռք բերեցինք Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ, իրականություն կդառնա նաեւ այս հանդիպումների արդյունքների հիման վրա>>, - եզրափակել է նախագահը:
