Vartan Oskanian to publish memoirs

The memoirs of Vartan Oskanian, ex-foreign minister of Armenia and currently a parliamentarian from the Prosperous Armenia Party, have been sent to the printer's, Oskanian's Office told ArmInfo.    

Oskanian tells about his activities at the Foreign Ministry of Armenia, as well as about the years preceding Armenia's independence. The book will be presented in the near future. 

To recall, Oskanian was Armenia's foreign minister from 1998 till 2008.
